Our room was spotlessly clean. While not luxurious, we had all the basics, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was especially nice. The check-in process was easy because we had printed out the instructions from the manager. Parking was easy. Our venue in Newport was only an easy 10-minute drive away. The host checked with us by email to be sure all was as it should be. One comment for the host: We are in our 70s and had only small totes with us because we were staying for just one night. If we had had suitcases, then climbing to our third-floor room would have been quite a challenge for us. If you have only a third-floor room available, you might want to mention that to travelers.

The room was clean and pristinely decorated. So Cute! Big shower! In-room AC. We were on the third floor. If you can't manage stairs, then request a room on the ground floorthe rooms are attached to a restaurant, so food is readily available. We would definitely stay here again.

This room is at the top of three flights of stairs, but it was immaculate, quiet, and neat. Nothing fancy but for a space where we are out all day, it was perfect.
