Enjoy Your vacation in this fun home so close to the beach. 37 Tuckerman Ave is a beautiful, modern home on a beach front compound located on Middletown's Easton's Point overlooking Newport's famous Cliff Walk. We know you will love MyOceanFrontHome!

This home is elevated by 18 feet because it is so close to the ocean so it has awesome views.

The main bedroom has a king and two twin beds with full bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd has a queen and a twin and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed with full bath in hall.

Open living/dining/kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy colorful sunsets from the living room and deck. Just bring your clothes because this home has everything you need for a great vacation.

Spend the day at the beach, afternoons sightseeing or shopping, and nights at lively restaurants and clubs on the harbor front. The property is within walking distance to Cliff Walk, Newport’s Easton’s Beach and Middletown’s Sachuest Beach. This home is one to two miles from Bellevue Avenue mansions and Yachting Center and three miles from Newport Country Club, Bailey’s Beach, New York Yacht Club, Ida Lewis Yacht Club and Sail Newport.

This home is in a perfect location to be away from the hectic traffic yet close enough to Bellevue Avenue for mansions and shopping, America's Cup Avenue for wharf and yacht area, and nearby conveniences and many restaurants. It is located between two of the most beautiful beaches in RI, Newport's Easton's Beach and Middletown's Sachuest Beach. Newport is known as 'America's First Summer Resort,' and is the home of The International Tennis Hall of Fame, Newport Preservation Society and Newport Mansions, The Newport Jazz Festival, The Newport Music Festival and the Newport Film Festival. This home is close to Carnegie Abbey and Newport National, known for world class golfing.

Activities at your doorstep include swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing, & sunbathing on Newport's Easton's (1st) Beach. On the rocks to the left of the beach enjoy fishing and snorkeling. Easton's Beach has a playground & live weekly entertainment.

Middletown's Sachuest (2nd) Beach is just 1/2 mile away with the best surfing in Rhode Island. Families with young children will enjoy Middletown's third Beach with no waves and a boat ramp with windsurfing at the north end. We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Newport! The property was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals with ease, and the bathrooms were just as thoughtfully equipped with plenty of essentials.It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining the space and making sure guests have everything they need. We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully set up. It had everything we needed for our 14-month-old — a perfect crib, high chair, and plenty of baby-friendly supplies, which made traveling with a little one so much easier. The furnishings were comfortable and practical, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place, especially for families with young kids!

It was really awesome stay . The Host is exceptionally nice and helpful. She was always responsive and proactive ex, the route to the house , near by spa etc . House was extremely clean and all essential items were there.

Amazing stay in a fabulous location

The owner was very flexible with our check-in plans and the house was very clean, comfortable and included all the necessary amenities for a long weekend stay. We were 7 adults and two children, and house was great for kids too. Location to the beach was ideal and downtown Newport is a short uber ride away. Highly recommend and a very relaxing stay

This house and location are incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked, every beach item you could want is available, there are plenty of toys games and gear for kids and babies, the list goes on and on. We had a wonderful time.

Gorgeous - looks even better than photos!

My friends and I had the perfect getaway weekend in Newport! Julie's house is absolutely lovely... And we love to cook big dinners and brunches and her kitchen really did come fully equipped. I highly recommend staying here, and I'm sure that I'll be back again in the summer!

WONDERFUL HOME!

My friends and I stayed at the house for a long weekend and it was fabulous! The house was big, clean, fully stocked and steps from the beach. Julie is a wonderful host and lives next door in case you need anything. We all decided that we want to go back again next year!

Marathon Home

I can’t say enough good things about this house and the owner. Amazing location for us given the marathon route when right by our driveway at the midpoint. Couldn’t have been any better and know this would be a perfect summertime spot. Very short walk to beach and dining options so park your car when you arrive and leave it until you check out.

Perfect!!!!!!

This rental property was absolutely perfect for our "Girls Weekend" getaway! The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We walked to the beach every day and Newport nightlife & shopping was only a short cab ride away. It was a very memorable weekend and we thank the owner for her flexibility & her hospitality.

Great house steps away from the beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay celebrating my sister's 50th bday. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us and the house was incredibly clean, plenty of towels to shower and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here especially during the summer months since its so close to the beach. The check in process was super smooth and the hose was very responsive and accommodating. A+++.

Bachelorette Weekend

Great location, great view of the ocean! The home beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Julie was a terrific host and provided lots of restaurant recommendations and activities in the area! She stayed in touch and answered any questions we had right away. She even allowed us to check in a little earlier so we could decorate before the bride arrived! We all had a great time and will surely be back!
