Good location if you want to be close to the main train station, guy on reception was very friendly & really helpful when we asked him questions. We didn’t have breakfast instead opting for a coffee & pastry next door which was an experience Lift was very small

Good location, but overall disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the water drained poorly, leaving the floor wet after every shower. Breakfast and service were just okay, and for the price, I expected much better.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Milan Centrale train and metro station so it was an ideal place to stay. It’s a bit outside of the main tourist areas so it’s quieter and not as busy as locations around the Duomo. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly during the stay. The room was also well air-conditioned with block out blinds. The hotel itself is a bit worn down, particularly in the bathroom. When we checked in, our bathroom had no toilet paper. Other than that, the hotel was used mostly as a place to rest as we were out most of the time. For the price paid, I’d recommend this as a good hotel to stay at.

Spotlessly clean and very convenient for both onward travel and the metro to places like the Duomo. Staff were friendly. Surrounding area a little downmarket as is sometimes the case near stations, however, we felt perfectly safe.

The pictures on the website are misleading, the only thing that looks same is the reception, the rooms needs to be renovated, there are molds in the bathroom, the cleaners do well to keep the place intact, there are stains on the walls, on the mats, this place is good for just a night stay, there is poor ventilation, you can’t stay In the rooms during the day, bathroom has no doors, no vents, room is stuffy and depressing, the dinning is just common breakfast, the staff are okay, Valerio is kind. This is more of a hostel than a hotel.
