It’s a two-room apartment with a large kitchen, a traditional bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed. The bathroom is windowed with shower and all toilets. Perfect accommodation for long stays because it has all the comforts of your home : washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, juicer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, wifi, smart tv, air conditioning, parking.
There is also a small children’s play area and a desk for remote working. The house is on the 7th floor with elevator and very close to the San Raffaele hospital and the Cascina Gobba metro. In the house you will find books for relaxation and two armchairs and a coffee table for a drink on the balcony.
The property is accessed from the pavement, a few steps and you get to the elevator. Garbage is collected in the courtyard in the designated areas. In the courtyard you can park your car in indoor parking spaces, subject to availability.
WARNING: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.
