The apartment is in a recently renovated, very quiet building in Cernusco sul Naviglio. It is located in a green and well-served area, ideal for short or longer stays. It comfortably sleeps four. Upon entering, you enter the living room, which converts into a second bedroom by opening the sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, hood, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The windows open onto the spacious panoramic terrace with a table and chairs.

The living room leads to a hallway that leads to the bathroom and the double bedroom. The bedroom features a double-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, a double-bed, bedside tables, and its own west-facing balcony. The bathroom, with a window, is comfortable and functional and equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and washing machine.

The apartment is easily accessible by car, thanks to the large free parking lot adjacent to the apartment. Alternatively, Casa La Vela can be reached on foot, taking into account that it is a 20-minute walk and just 1.6 km from the Cernusco sul Naviglio metro station (MM2 Green Line).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
