Located on high floor of a chic and elegant building, this spacious non-smoking apartment will welcome you in a refined, warm and restful atmosphere, with a typical milanese contemporary design style. Enjoy its panoramic living room with a stunning 180C ° view (very rare in the heart of Milan), its modern bathroom, its high-tech design kitchen and its top quality kind size bedroom (large 160 cm).
For your well-being, it is equipped with every comfort: high-speed wi-fi internet connection, centralized heating (from mid-October to mid-April) and Centralized Air Conditioning (only from mid-June to mid-September), flat screen TV, hi-fi sound system, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and so on. In addition, english, russian, french and italian books, and CDs are available to you. You will also find basic ingredients to cook a good meal at home, as well as towels and bed linen. A free parking space in the same building is also included (if you plan to arrive by car, please inform me).

Nous sommes de grands voyageurs et louons rĂ©guliĂšrement des appartements et maisons lors de nos dĂ©placements. Ceci est trĂšs certainement le plus bel endroit oĂč nous avons sĂ©journĂ© en Europe. L’appartement est absolument magnifique (encore plus beau que sur les photos) et trĂšs, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Vous ne manquerez de rien. L’appartement est trĂšs calme et offre une trĂšs belle vue sur Milan. Nous avons trouvĂ© l’appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© pour visiter. Les restaurants Ă  distance de marche de l’appartement et recommandĂ©s par les propriĂ©taires sauront ravir les fins gourmets. One of the best Vrbo properties we’ve ever experienced. Alberto was a wonderful host
extremely helpful, super fast responsive. The apartment is in a perfect location to all great areas of Milano. It had everything you needed, convenience of an elevator, very spacious and all amenities to make it feel like home. It also had incredible views and loved that it had a grocery store conveniently at ground level of same building. My wife and I loved the experience and when we return to Milano

This is a perfect place to stay. The location allows for easy walking to all major Milan landmarks and multiple area centers that feature entertainment and restaurants, while also being in a quiet area without constant tourist traffic. The view from the apartment is amazing as well. And lastly, the owner is fantastic. He provided constant, great communication and provided us with great places to go, how to navigate the city (with step-by-step instructions) and generally bent over backwards to make sure we had a great stay (including mailing us an item we left behind). We can't recommend this place highly enough.

Comfort and beauty in the heart of Milan

It is a very nice and spacious apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped for anything you may plan to cook, and supermarket on the ground floor of the building is a big plus if you want to cook. Large living/dining area and nice size bedroom with a lot of closets. Very modern and large bathroom.All looks very new and very clean. Beautiful city view from this 6th floor apartment. We were met at the apartment upon arrival and shown around the place. Alberto provided a lot of useful information about the Milan and area around apartment specifically various dining and shopping options.

Lovely, lovely stay

Ciao! If you are looking for a great apartment within walking distance of Milan’s special places this is it! It is a 23 minute walk to the Duomo of Milan and 15 minutes to the bars and restaurants of the Navigli. There is a big wonderful antique market along the Navigli canal the last Sunday of the month which you don’t want to miss. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but the area is quiet which is a relief from the hustle and bustle in the city center. The apartment is bright and clean and well equipped with anything you need. Alberto is very responsive as a host and very easy to talk with. Will be back here next visit to Milan!

Great place! Communications were awesome, check in simple. Tons of supplies but plenty of room for your stuff. We cooked a couple of breakfast simple. They had basic spices, if you like spicy food like us bring them!

Best Apartment in Milan!!

Alberto is the best host we have ever worked with! From the time we booked this amazing apartment Alberto gave clear direction on how to access the apartment from the airport with supporting pictures. He sent recommendations to several restaurants (Felice a Testaccio and Drogheria Milanese are a MUST!!) and places that we need to visit along with the websites to obtain tickets. The incredibly large apartment felt like we were staying at a friends home! It was well stocked and had a very warm decor. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. We slept like a baby every evening with the windows open. The apartment had a large bathroom with lots of towels. It had a wonderful washing machine that we were able to wash several loads. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet as well as safe. We were able to walk everywhere since this is a great location for the apartment. It was wonderful having Alberto check in during our stay to make sure that we were not only enjoying the apartment, but making sure that we were having an amazing vacation in Milan. We plan to go back and when we do, we plan to stay at his apartment.

Absolutely a perfect place to stay while in Milan!

My wife and I stayed at this flat for six nights while in Milan and I cannot express how wonderful our stay was! Alberto was absolutely the best at communication and suggestions before and during our stay. The checkin process was incredibly easy, the location of the flat was so convenient to all of the places you must see, easy to get around by tram or subway, next door to a market that was awesome for anything you may need. The flat is spacious and comfortable, exactly as pictured! If I could give a higher rating of this entire experience, I would! Alberto and team made it the perfect stay in Milan and we will stay here again when we return!

Stay in COMFORT with easy access to EVERYTHING

Alberto has really got his act together. The beautifully appointed apartment is an architectural gem. In the apartment there is everything you could need. We washed our laundry at the end of our stay and the machine worked perfectly. Instructions are everywhere and easy to read and in English! Comfy bed, I don’t usually sit on Vrbo furniture
I FELL ASLEEP on the couch because it was so comfortable. Every appliance and kitchen tool was available (usually more than just one
) And the VIEWS! It’s on the 6th floor but the elevator is always ready and quick. The front desk lady was very welcoming ARIANA?of course her pup Paco is so cute Communicated instantly at any question we might have. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay in Milan

This is a wonderful property! Alberto, our host, was exceptionally helpful. He gave us lots of information on Milan (places to visit, places to eat, etc.). He even gave us a recommendation for our trip to Lake Como after our time in Milan. this apartment is beautiful, with an amazing 180 degree view of Milan. The unit is well appointed. It is about 1 km from the Duomo, and very quiet.

Stylish, comfortable flat in ideal location

This flat has every comfort to ensure a perfect stay, including a washing machine. The flat is on a high floor with banks of windows in a wonderful tree-filled neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby and is walking distance to the Duomo. Alberto, the host, is an excellent communicator providing helpful and thorough directions for checking in, checkout as well as tips to maximize the features of the flat. Bright and Cheerful

The Apartment is in a nice quiet residential location but close enough to walk to the city centre and its various attractions. The host is very helpful in providing information and suggestions for visitors to the city and surrounding areas. We loved the view to St Lorenzo which is floodlit all night and can be seen while lying in bed. The convenience of a well stocked supermarket in the base of the building can not be overstated. We would strongly recommend this property for a couple who prefer to live in a home rather than camp in a hotel during their stay in Milan.

Alberto’s apartment checked all the right boxes. The apartment was even better than the photos suggested. The location was just about perfect. Close to the canal restaurant row, close to the Porta Ticinese. Near the Darsena. My wife and I rented bikes from bike-mi and found bike stands within 5 min walks from the apartment. Alberto was very helpful when we were trying to arrange the stay, and very receptive to last minute changes in plans. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Extraordinary experience in sixth floor beautifully remodeled convenient Milan neighborhood.

From beginning to end, Alberto made our visit easy and comfortable. He provided extra information and communication ahead of our arrival, and checked to make sure everything was going smoothly, answering any questions we had. The neighborhood was out of the central area but convenient to everything, by walking or tram or metro. The apartment was eye catching in its design and utility. It was a unique experience and I would go there again in a heartbeat.

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the location and terrific neighborhood! Alberto was very helpful in answering our many questions and offering terrific recommendations for restaurants and places to see/things to do. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Notre hĂŽte n’a pas pu nous accueillir mais Ă  arrangĂ© pour qu’une personne soit prĂ©sente Ă  notre arrivĂ©. Notre hĂŽte nous a quand mĂȘme parlĂ© et textĂ© pour voir si tout Ă©tait Ă  notre goĂ»t ou si on avait des questions. L’emplacement de l’appartement est ok, mais se trouve Ă  20 minutes de marches pour se rendre au principales attractions. Pas un problĂšme pour nous. N’hĂ©sitez pas!

Great Place to Stay

Very clean, quiet, has AC, attentive and responsive property manager, great location, well equipped, grocery next door, great neighborhood restaurants nearby, comfortable bedding/towels, good kitchen and dishware, washer and dishwasher, hair dryer, iron. I would stay here again.

Great location and very helpful host

We had a very pleasant stay in this property, which was conveniently located and spacious. It was an easy 15-20 minutes walk to the Duomo, the Santa Maria delle Grazie (the Last Supper), Naviglio Grande, etc. Alberto is one of the most helpful hosts that we have encountered. Not only provide assistance and answers whenever asked, he made good suggestions to additional interesting (and lesser known) places to visit. Don't forego the opportunity to solicit help from Alberto. We'd gladly stay at this property again if and when we visit Milan again. Gracie mille, Alberto.
