My flight was cancelled. I wanted to shift the day of my stay due to no fault of my own. The hotel refused any accommodation charging me full price for the room. Every other hotel during my stay was accommodating or charged a small fee to change. This hotel was rude, dismissive, and accommodating when I made the request. Expedia was equally as unhelpful.

We had prepaid for our room using hotels.com. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 PM, and after checking in, we were shocked at the condition of the room. This was advertised as a four star hotel, the room was closer to that of a two star. There were a number of smashed in portions of the wall with mismatched paint over them, and markings of spit in water residue as well. The shower was completely filled with mold. The room was in incredibly poor condition. It was very unsatisfactory. I would never advertise this as a four-star hotel. It is a complete misleading description.

We enjoyed our stay. The biggest downside was that the walls were VERY thin and we could hear pretty much everything going on next door, from coughing and talking to...more amorous activity. This biggest upside was the restaurant next door, Ristorante Qui Si Mangia. It is run by the sweetest couple, great food, and the best price for wine on tap I saw in Milan during our week there. We also liked that it was close to Centrale Station but not too close.

What a wonderful hotel! Friendly staff, delicious buffet breakfast and Paula goes out of her way to make sure you feel like a celebrity there. Its conveniently located very closed to the Milano Central train station. Loved it!
