A stone’s throw from Brera, Moscova, and Arco della Pace, and within walking distance to the modern hubs of Gae Aulenti and Isola, this apartment offers the perfect blend of historical charm and contemporary lifestyle.
Designed to comfortably host 2 to 3 people, this compact space is thoughtfully laid out and tastefully furnished. Set on the ground floor of a classic Milanese building, the apartment is accessed by descending a few steps, which lead you into a cozy living area. Here, you’ll find an extendable dining table, a sofa bed for one, and a TV.
On the right, a compact kitchen is equipped with stove, sink, washing machine, and all essentials stored neatly in a built-in closet and a side pantry.
A spiral staircase—steep but manageable—leads to the upper floor where a serene master bedroom and French-style bathroom await. The bathroom features a separate sink, bidet, toilet, and shower. Though the apartment is small, every detail has been carefully curated to maximize space and comfort with a minimal yet playful design.
Please note: due to the internal staircase, the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
