The hotel is in a great location close to the main train station, taxi rank and metro station. There are a few good restaurants close by. We had booked a superior room but were disappointed. There were no dressing gowns and no soundproofing..we could hear the people in the room nextdoor talking whenever we were in the room i did eventually complain to reception who came and listened and said they would speak to them. We didnt get a peep out of them after. I feel there is a dramaitc difference in some of the superior rooms...some are large with modern decor whilst others are dated and dont really come into a superior category. I feel there should be a divide in those rooms as they are certainly not equivalent. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and attentive

Great stay for a night

My room was very comfortable and there was great hot water in the shower. Really happy with this hotel. Only peculiarity is their key. It has a really heavy weight on it so it was hard to carry around. I left it at the front desk every time I went out. No big deal but a tad bit unusual.

All around a good hotel!

This hotel is in a good location near the train station. The hotel is good, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean. The breakfast is really good and worth the extra charge. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a great location. One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at in Milan for the price. Nicely appointed rooms and very good breakfast buffet. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Very close to Milan Central station: only issue is the bathroom in our room: most of the walls were glass so you actually see from the bedroom the person inside the bathroom (I checked later if it was already in property details pictures when I booked and it wasn’t) so I guess it’s not the same for all rooms.

Hotel room was fine with everything you need. There was space in the room and it was clean. Shower wasn't the best but worked. Good location for access to train station. Staff on reception desk were nice and helpful.
