Stayed at Joy 124 for 3 days and had a great experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. It had that perfect boutique feel while still being spacious and cozy at the same time.
The location is very convenient. It is about a 13 to 15 minute walk from Milano Centrale, making it easy to catch the Trenord Express train to and from Malpensa Airport. The M3 metro line is also about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and from there it is roughly a 16 minute ride to the Duomo di Milano, which made getting into the heart of the city simple.
I had dinner at the hotel twice and would say the food can be a bit hit or miss. Some items are frozen, as noted on the menu, and on one occasion the dish was not heated all the way through. That said, this is a small area for improvement rather than a dealbreaker. The Aperol Spritz, on the other hand, was absolutely divine and definitely worth enjoying.
Overall, I had a lovely stay and would happily return.
