Brand new apartment consisting of a large living area with open kitchen and 4 double bedrooms each with independent bathroom with direct access from the bedroom. The apartment is located inside a newly built condominium.

The accommodation
Completed in March 2015, it is a unique, modern and comfortable housing solution, characterized by the presence of 4 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It is the ideal solution for a group of colleagues or a work team that wants to share an apartment but does not want to give up the privacy of a room and a private bathroom. Also suitable for large families. In one of the bedrooms you can also add a single bed. The accommodation can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people.

Guest access
The apartment has a living room with open kitchen and a large terrace, ideal for relaxing or eating in the summer. The kitchen is complete with pots, utensils and cutlery. The dining table is extendable. The living room and bedrooms are all equipped with LCD TV. A small laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and cleaning products. All rooms are air conditioned.

Other things to highlight
A covered parking space is available inside the condominium at a daily rate of € 15.

AgrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans le logement de Mario Nadia nous a bien accueillis et a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©active Ă  nos demandes. Le logement est propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©. L’ajout d’un micro-ondes et de plats pour le four seraient un plus. Le mĂ©tro est Ă  600m et dessert rapidement la ville.

Wonderful place to stay in Milan. Plenty of free parking out front, in a city where parking is a premium. Great to have 4 double beds and four full baths. Apartment had everything we needed! Our host was great, informative and made sure we were settled in and comfortable.

Host dosn"t speak english. She speak only italian.We must to pay extra 50 EURO for checking in after 9:30 pm. When we arrived our host told us that we must be quit because of neiborhood.During checking out we wanted stay 2 hours longer because of our flight. Of course we could, but we should pay extra 230 EURO. Everything about Money.Appartment was very nice, with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clear.

Nice apartment in Milan

This apartment was very, very nice and as advertised. It was amazing that each of us had our own room and our own bathroom. It's very hard to find apartments like this in Italy. The only drawback was that it wasn't centrally located near the train station, thus, cabs were necessary to get to and from. Also, the host who came to meet us did not speak English. Fortunately, I can speak enough Italian to get by, but this is something that you may wish to consider when renting this fabulous apartment. She was very nice and helpful despite the language barrier.

We landed in Milan and wanted to start with a place to accommodate the family with enough bathrooms to give privacy to each family set while having kitchen amenities. It achieved all our wants plus there is a farmers market on Wednesdays which was awesome!

Wonderful Apartment

The apartment was absolutely beautiful! Paid attention to details in making sure everything was provided for. The apartment has a wonderfully outfitted kitchen except for a microwave. Great a/c in every room. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. Beds are great. The only negative thing is the neighbourhood is not good. It didn't seem safe to walk to places to eat at night. So we spent a fortune on Ubers and Taxis because of the location.

Milan Stay

The property is brand new and a four bedroom, four bathroom is hard to find. The property is located in a residential neighborhood so there are not a lot of restaurant or entertainment possibilities nearby but since we were interested in the city sights that was not a problem. The metro is a short walk and it is an easy commute into the city. Mario was kind enough to send a driver to pick us up at the metro station as we were a bit confused when we emerged. When we got our bearings we realized we were quite close to the property. Would stay there again. Thanks to Mario for our two day stay.
