The customer service at check in, etc. was excellent. The rooms, both our sons and ours, were immaculate and sound proof. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is ideal, a 15 minute walk to tourist area and a 2 minute walk to local restaurants, shops, gelato, taxi stand, street car etc.

Very clean. Staff was kind. Some features of the room did not work, such as AC not staying on, towel warmer not working and the shelf in the shower being broken. Minus these things it was great. We were only here for a short time so it was okay.

Excellent hotel, 15 mnt walk to Duomo. Brand new, very clean and modern with great breakfast choices. Area not very touristy, but super safe. Rooms are small, but have all amenities . Definitely recommend.
