Large and very bright studio, equipped with every comfort. The apartment is located in an elegant setting with a beautiful view of the city. Very central, 2-3 minutes walk from Piazza Duomo.

The building of about 45 square meters is located two minutes walk from Piazza Duomo, in the historic center, on the sixth floor of an elegant building (with two modern lifts) designed by the famous architect Emilio Lancia; Exponent of Rationalism, the arch. Emilio Lancia always tried to reconcile rational elements with traditional and monumental ones, aiming at a lasting nature of architecture.

A former two-room apartment used as an office for the sale of luxury watches, today it is a very bright and spacious studio apartment. The apartment has in fact been recently renovated to enhance the whole windowed wall that overlooks the city skyline, making living in a single large furnished environment, pieces of furniture of the late '800 with a modern and super equipped kitchen built on measure.

The environment is very quiet despite being 50 meters from Piazza Duomo. Exclusive and bright, the apartment is equipped with radiant panel heating, air conditioning, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer and Smart TV.

From the four windows overlooking Milan and its roofs one can clearly distinguish the church of San Alessandro, the bell towers of the churches of San Lorenzo, San Giorgio and Sant'Eustorgio.

The apartment also lends itself to be used as a support for the office, or for a business appointment.

From the previous intended use retains the solid security door and two additional interior doors with bulletproof glass.

Some things could be better

The place is a little tricky to find. Best to use What’s App when communicating with the person who will meet you there to give you keys. The bed was not at all comfortable. The mattress is very thin and there is nothing added to make it comfortable. The furniture is not in good shape. The place could use some sprucing up and deep cleaning. The bath towels were very bad. They were discolored and rougher than burlap. With a little care and attention, it could be lovely a lovely space

Advertisement was a bit misleading... the view is nice but not the Milan Duomo which is a 6 min walk away. The location was handy to metro and many sites which is why we picked it. The area was busy and a bit sketchy but we felt safe enough as there are gates locked at 7pm to your building. You get one set of three keys needed to get in/out so that's a bit inconvenient making us stick together. The apartment was basic and windows were nice as we needed to open them to get fresh air as the AC didn't work. We ended up using the batteries from that remote for the TV as it didn't have any. Note this is not a smart tv so we were stuck watching Italian cable, but found some english movies. We reported some of the items our first night to the BnB Butler (whatsapp) but never received a response. Overall we made the place work for a few days and it ended up being an okay basic stay, but we would not stay here again.

Overall the property was clean. Well maintained for the most part. Location was a bit hard to locate and in a questionable location/part of Milan. However property is gated from 8pm to 8am and you can only enter the community with a key you are given. During daytime hours property is monitored by the doorman. The property doorman was the main reason we gave the stay a overall score of 4. He personally deserves a 5 star rating as he was very kind and helpful at all times. The property manager seemed very nice and communicated well via messaging. However the washer/dryer in unit was broken and we had no ability to do laundry and it was a big reason we chose to stay at this unit. Property manager was notified about washer/dryer; but washer could not be fixed or replaced before we left so we had to pay a laundry service $100 to take our laundry and wash/dry and return to us 24 hrs later. There were no self service laundromats less than 4.0km from this unit. Minimum 40 minute walk. The bed was very uncomfortable.Made it hard to sleep. The towels were very abrasive, management should make sure the bath linens are much fresher feeling and comfortable. Would consider staying again if bed is replaced and had access to better bath linens and laundry.

This place was fantastic. Sanjay the property manager was very helpful. Parking was right outside the complex. AC worked beautifully. Can’t say enough about this rental. It was wonderful!

DREAM location, TERRIBLE amenities

PROS: AMAZING location, 24 hr Butler service, beautiful lighting, close to Cathedral and lots of shopping, good, places & things to do. Wonderful view. Super great, amazing location. CONS: Not a King bed, it's a Queen. A/C barely gets cold and we had it set at 17. Warning - BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS!!!! Every towel, washcloth, etc was 100x more coarser than any SAND PAPER. Zero exaggeration. The towels there can stand vertically on their own. It’s bad.. WE HAD TO GO OUT and BUY OUR OWN TOWELS. Yes they were THAT terrible. STIFF AND DISGUSTING. Dirty dishes with crusted food in the dishwasher. ONE roll of toilet paper for 2 women for 3 days. Called the Butler - nothing. Butler advised a manager was coming up to see & discuss. That, or any, manager never showed up. NOT WORTH the Euros we paid for 2 nights. And it was a lot. BUYER BEWARE! You’re getting taken for the view, and it’s not even the Milan Cathedral. *Everything was blamed on the so called maid service. Manager nor Butler ever came to resolve any issues.

Great location.

Nice, very clean apartment in a perfect location with beautiful view out the expansive windows. It was somewhat hard to find upon arrival. The entrance is inside a little shopping area. Comfortable beds, great shower. Well stocked (more coffee pods & bathroom tissue were provided upon request.) We did not have control of HVAC, so had to open windows. It is Italy -- no screens & a few mosquitoes. Communication before, during, and after was exceptional. Many thanks to Ginevra who arranged airport transportation, gave touring suggestions, and suggested wonderful restaurants.

This is ideal for people who want to be close to to the activity and sites, and the appartment is still very quiet at night and in the morning. Well furnished. - everything you need for a short stay.
