I received horrible service from the gentlemen at the front desk, who would become extremely immature and condescending everytime I asked a question. For some reason this hotel staff acts like its your problem to stay there, regardless of the expenses you pay. Also , they did not have laundry in house or delivery, as it must be completed by a certain time and there is little to no information available. Overall, I am very disappointed in my stay, and mainly because of the lack of hospitality at the front desk and condescending, “better-than-you” persona. Especially the bald guy who constantly wears his mask below his nose
