The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was located in the area we wanted to be. The water dispenser by the elevator was a great idea. It was convenient and we used it frequently. One suggestion would be to add a few more wall hooks in the bathroom for towels. We had only one hook between us which we had to share for the duration of five nights.

No notes 10/10! Extremely clean, quiet rooms with excellent amenities. Spacious, very clean bathroom. Many easily accessible outlets. Windows that open for fresh air. English TV channels. Excellent stay, very stylish

Great hotel, very stylish / designer, rooms are not huge but pretty good for Milan - ok for 2 people. Great location only thing that I didn’t like was the bar, its in the reception area and they had no draft beers - just cans. Would stay again though as plenty of bars locally.

Great location! Staff was courteous and welcoming, especially during the busy time period. My upgraded room was available early. This was such great news after my long trip. I was not aware of the free breakfast, which was disappointing. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

The bedsheets were not changed from previous customer who stayed at our room 514; however, the staff changed them after we told receptionist. Other than this everything was wonderful about this hotel. Free refill water at each floor. Great breakfast. Close to many shops.next to a subway.
