The hotel was fine. It’s not new or posh but for 65£ it’s good value for money. I had to go to the airport at 5am so it was fine to sleep 5 hours but is not a world class hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the location - easily and safely reachable from Stazione Centrale even late in the night, and also close to the metro station. There is a lift, which is convenient. The room was acceptable. No TV, but for me it was not important.The shared bathroom was dirty.

Not a Pleasant Stay

The bathroom is this so called hotel is a nightmare. Broken toilet seat, shower with no curtain in the middle of the room, a toilet that would not flush properly. The internet is like dial-up. The bed was comfortable, and that is only good thing I can say about it. It was very expensive for the lack of quality. I will avoid Milan in the future, not matter how magnificent the architecture.

Disgusting, do not stay.

This hotel was disgusting and not as advertised. The sheets were definitely not clean and the room and bathroom especially had a terrible smell. We only stayed in the room long enough to find another hotel. There is definitely a lower standard for economy hotels, but this was definitely below standard and was absolutely unacceptable even for the low price.

Rude staff, cancelled our booking

The staff at this hotel were extremely rude. We arrived to check in and were told that they decided to cancel our booking because pay at hotel was no longer and option, then they tried to sell us another overpriced room at double the original room price. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

A cleanliness, a location, a staff

A location is good and that is pretty much it about this hotel. I was not impressed by the staff who lied when I asked for a slipper for 3-4times. A housekeeper didn't fulfill her work and she actually cleaned my room only once , which I had stayed for 3 nights there. I had to ask for a new bed sheet after a long day from outside and made my own bed but the staff complained me that they found many bed sheets on my bed and I responded that was because their housekeeper didn't change the bed sheet and clean my room and that was what I told them before! A radiator didn't work for 2 nights-the first night and the last night. They fixed it the second night after I reported the problem to them. The hotel had been worn and there was noise at night. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone.
