Single family home, 2 bedroom 2 baths completely remodeled, large 1 acre lot and views from the wrap around porch of Birch lake. Furnished nicely with many new furnishings, large private backyard with bonfire and grilling pit. Nice hiking trails nearby, many restaurants to chose from in the local area as well as quaint shopping in White Bear Lake. Maplewood Mall is 10 minutes away and both downtown areas are easily accessible for sports, shopping and many fabulous restaurants only 20 to 25 minutes away. Easy freeway access to 35 E or 35 W

Long weekend in WBL

We relaxed and enjoyed our stay at this home. We really like the White Bear Lake area. The beds are comfortable. The house is big enough for 3-4 people to spread out and do their own thing The listing is confusing, but I can say that there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of kitchen gear for what we needed. Washing machine is in great shape and amazing - dryer is older and slower. Nice large lot, though on a busy street. The tub is only usable as a shower because the stopper doesn’t fit in the tub, which disappointed our son. The on demand water heater is a bit fussy if you try to shower and any other water is running. Pro tip: if the TV won’t turn on, it’s likely the wall switch for the lamps has been turned off.

Great short-term stay!

Kim was a great host and his home was perfect for our stay. His home was stocked with everything you could need for a weeklong stay and was very clean. There was plenty of space to park and while the home is off a busier road, it is a very quiet area. Kim was at the property working most days our group stayed, but he kept to himself and was pleasant to chat with when we ran into him. I would definitely recommend staying!

Pleasant house near the lake

The house was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Kitchen had everything we needed. The living room had several really comfortable chairs - which most VRBOs do not! Bathrooms were well supplied. Our host Kim made us welcome without intruding. Only suggestion I could possibly think of would be to put just one railing somewhere on the stairs to that lovely, wrap-around porch to make it a bit easier for the old folks. We were there a week and had a great stay.

Area is very convenient

Property is accurately described and is supper convenient. Only issue was snow removal. If you are staying in the winter you will need boots and mittens. Kim is very responsive.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals for our 5 night stay. The location was great and we look forward to returning when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the outdoor space, plus walk & bike around the area. WBL is such a cute area.

Would have love to spend the week. Instead, after my confirmation and charging my credit card. I was called by the owner telling me the proporty was not available. Total cluster between owner and VRBO and still dont have all my money back.

Easy access. Lake View. Walkable location. Friendly and helpful property manager. Check dryer for clean towels That was our one complaint. Thought there were toofew towels then found a ton of clean, dry towels in dryer on our 3rd day...LOL! Same thing with dishwasher...a lot more dishes and glasses found there!

Amazing property close to everything in the cities. Clean, updated everything and very comfortable.
