🚗 This unit does not include parking. Free street parking is available in front of the building. Since street parking often fills up later in the day, SP+ parking garages are accessible within a 7-minute walk (0.3 miles).

📸 The listing photos may slightly differ from the actual apartment, but the overall aesthetics and style remain consistent to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

🧻 Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.

🎥 Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property.

📺 Smart TV provided, but streaming services are not pre-signed in. Guests must use their own login credentials and remember to log out upon checkout.

Pet Policy: We welcome pets during your stay for an additional fee. 🐶🐱🐾



★ A Background Check & Government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to deny entry. Please ensure you complete the necessary documentation as soon as possible. Refunds will not be provided if entry is denied due to late submission.



➤ An $8 BGC fee may be charged for any additional guests not listed in the original booking.

➤ To comply with legal & security regulations, guests must provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, and pass a criminal background check. This is only used for screening purposes and is not retained for any other reason.

➤ Valid government ID is mandatory before check-in. Check-in instructions are provided only after successful verification. 📄

➤ Primary guest who made the booking must undergo background checks and submit required information prior to arrival. Secondary guest is required to submit a government ID. For same-day bookings, information submission is required within one hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet our verification criteria.

❌ Failed check: In the rare case of a failed check, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided, as long as you cancel on your end.
