Med School Graduation Trip

We were told the master bed/bath were on the main floor. But in fact, there were no bedrooms on the main floor at all. Our Mom who cannot climb stairs easily had a terrible time because of the physical pain due to the stairs.The carpets & furniture also need a good clean.

Family of the Groom

We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from while we celebrated our son’s wedding celebrations! Lived that the beds were comfortable and plentiful, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses, and plastic ware for my 3&4 year old granddaughters. The silverware for the adults was a bit scarce, but we managed by washing them as soon as we’re were done using them.My only true complaint was that the carpets were really really dirty! The girls and the two tummy time babies were on the floor and got sooo dirty! The girl’s feet were black from dirt! The hard wood flooring was very clean and felt clean, but the carpets need a good shampooing.

Location was great for us very quiet neighborhood house was large and had several bedrooms overall good experience house could use a deep cleaning and there was some broken stuff ironing board dining room window one bedroom didn't have any lights except a little battery lantern on nightstand and definitely better curtains some didn't cover the whole window with the sun so bright and no blindsbrightaand no blinds

 there are some minor things to be repaired (cracked dining windows) but nothing that hindered our stay

Last time renting this property!

This was our second stay at this property. The advertisement does not mention that the homeowner lives on-site, but we found this out during the most recent trip. The pictures in the ad are outdated, as the furniture and carpet are worn and could use a good cleaning. Besides that, the house is large enough for our party of 10 and is well equipped, there is one TV downstairs and one in the master bedroom, but the rest of the bedrooms do not have TVs and the wi-fi does not work. The homeowner sent daily reminders of the smoking policy, which is prohibited even outside the house. Guests must walk down the street to smoke. The only issue we encountered this time around is when we came home after 10pm, we were hanging out in the large dining/family room/kitchen area eating and talking, there was no TV or music playing, but Larina called us to say it was past 10pm and it is quiet time. Since she was on the other side of the wall, we were disturbing her. In any home rental, you should be able to gather in the large living spaces to talk, laugh, watch TV, etc without disturbing anyone, this is why we rented this property, however since she chose to stay on-site we had to be mindful of her and whisper while we were downstairs every night. For the price we paid, we should have been able to speak freely in our private space. Needless to say this will be the last time we stay here. Thank you.

Very nice and clean house in a safe area and has a gym, target and gas station near by. Good communication with the host. Overall a had a really good weekend here and will definitely book rebook if I visit again.

The property was big enough to accommodate our family. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend having the carpets steamed and cleaned. The furniture also needs some cleaning. The house was great but considering it was only 5 years old it showed a lot of wear and tear.

Great home away from home

We stayed her for my sister bachelorette party. About 10 of us flew in from all different states for a day a Glen Ivy Hot Springs. The house was beautiful, clean, cozy and very spacious for all of us. It had everything you need within a very reasonable driving distance. We throughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wedding destination

We came to CA for our daughter's wedding! This was a lovely home to stay in and it has a wonderful bathroom for getting ready for special events! All of the girls in our family enjoyed prepping together - hair, makeup, giggles, and singing. There was plenty of room throughout the home for our group of 9 adults, 2 three years olds, and an infant! The boys loved playing in the teepee and in the fun bunk bed. The only thing that would have made it better for children would be to have some toys and books to play with. We happened to bring some with us. This is a great location and we felt safe staying here. We would come again if the occasion arrived.

Easy check-in process, host gave very clear instructions. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were well furnished. Kitchen was expansive, Keurig was a great addition. All was great, thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful home with an amazing host!

This was such a great stay! Larina was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. We needed a place to stay that was big enough for all 10 of us and this house was it! Living area was spacious and so were the rooms. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be sure to check them out! I highly recommend this home for anyone!
