The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the food was the best food I have ever ate at a hotel. As someone who travels regularly and traveled there for my anniversary I feel like the resort did nothing to acknowledge the day. I felt like once we declined to attend the resorts presentation they did not want to provide hospitality to me and my husband. I paid extra for the signature side and the staff were not hospitable. We also paid for dinner on the beach and it was one of the worst ones we had it was poorly lit in an extremely isolated area and not worth the money. I would come back for a vacation but not for a celebration.

Overall beautiful property and great pool. Over the years I have noticed a decline in the quality of the food and alcohol. They have highly trained bartenders but the drinks taste weird because they’re using bottom shelf /no name liquor and overly processed juice/drink. I understand you have to take shortcuts but not to this extreme with this price point. Give the people better quality drinks and food. I can’t leave without thanking Kadedra Buchanan. She went over and beyond to make our stay worthwhile.

I love that I didn’t have to go off the resort if I didn’t want to. We have everything and more for our comfort. We can’t wait to come back and looking forward to at least spend at least one vacation yearly at the resort. Our family was treated like family by the staff. There are some minor issues like out door shower on Sunset Beach not working..and all of the cable channels are not available. ....the staff are amazing considering that they are paid meagre wages...lowest in the Caribbean

Had a rough start to our trip. But they were able to make it better the next day. The rest of the trip was great. My daughter really had a memorable Sweet 16 Birthday Celebration. Will be visiting the property again in the future.

The property is beautiful and clean. I would keep coming back here. One thing they need to improve is updating the rooms and the food. The buffet food sucks. They need to bring back more of the local jamaican food. The jerk pit needs to reopen back and actually serve jerk chicken on the grill not baked chicken. Overall the property is very very beautiful.

I loved everything about this resort. The staff were amazing and so accommodating with dealing with a young baby that naps and sleeps during the times everythig is open. He had a blast and especially loved and the wait staff at the MOBAY. when we come back to Jamaica we are staying here again, no doubt about it.

The concierge and service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although the sales staff requesting that we attend breakfast and lunch presentations were very annoying. Its not the first experience you want to have when just arriving at the hotel. Thankfully our room accommodations and food options made it a very enjoyable experience, especially our time at MoBay! The staff and food were very good! However, we didn't enjoy the food at Negril and Sumptouri (ala carte menu) as much. We wished we could have had the hibachi experience. We had it was a great time! The gym and spa were also a nice highlight. The facilities were clean and made our stay very relaxing. We also had fun with the nighttime activities and private beach. Overall we had a good time. We would love to visit again and maybe stay a little longer next time!
