The two-room apartment overlooks the main square of the historic center of Monterosso and is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and all the comforts to spend an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Cinque Terre.
The strong point is its terraces: the small one on the floor offers the possibility to relax in the shelter of prying eyes; the large one above allows you to fully enjoy the splendid panorama of the main square of Monterosso with its gulf and the roofs of the historic center.
Both terraces are equipped with table and chairs, the large one has an umbrella and deck chairs.

Super séjour malgré la chaleur

Franchement, ici il faut oublier la voiture, pas facile de se garer. En arrivant en haut du village vous avez des possibilitĂ©s de vous garer gratuitement sur les places "tracĂ©es blanc", les "tracĂ©es jaune" sont pour les rĂ©sidents italiens, sinon amendes garanties. Mais pour le reste c'est gĂ©nial que de vivre quelques jours dans ce charmant village (partie historique bien sĂ»r). Concernant le studio, il est parfait, la terrasse en un enchantement le soir, en journĂ©e il fait trop chaud. La propriĂ©taire Clara est trĂšs gentille et serviable. Bref cette location est parfaite mĂȘme si le train passe rĂ©guliĂšrement au final çà ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ©. Merci Ă  Clara A bientĂŽt

Bel appartement propre et trÚs bien situé. La climatisation et la terrasse sont un véritable plus La gare ainsi que le bateau sont à deux pas. L'appartement est trÚs calme. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Merveilleux

Impeccable. L'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ©, Ă  2 pas de la plage, d'un parc pour les enfants, du vieux centre de Monterosso avec tous ses commerces et restaurants. La gare est Ă  5 minutes de marche. Carla nous a trĂšs gentiment prĂȘtĂ© une place de parking et nous a donnĂ© toutes les indications pour que notre arrivĂ©e se passe bien. L'appartement est moderne, et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Confortable pour un couple avec 2 jeunes enfants. La terrasse offre une vue de rĂȘve. Un appartement parfait pour dĂ©couvrir les 5 terres, nous avons passĂ© de superbes vacances.

Excellent apartment and wonderful hosts

The apartment was clean and very well structured, space is used very rationally and functionally, and as a couple with a 2-year-old child we spent a very comfortable week in it. There was a cot and a high chair, and even a stool for the kid to reach the washbasin: all very useful to avoid packing our own, and not common to find as an option in Italian rental apartments. The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful: they welcomed us on our arrival with a basket of fresh lemons from their yard and spent quite some time showing us around both the apartment and the key services in the village. When we couldn't find a kitchen scale in the village shops, they were so kind as to bring and lend us their own for the whole stay! The apartment is very centrally located within the village, a few minutes' walk from shops, bars, restaurants and the train station, and the terrace upstairs is very enjoyable. Just a couple of warnings which apply to the whole of Monterosso and not this specific apartment: 1) If you are travelling by car, consider there is only a small expensive parking uphill from the village, which is also almost always full, so your best option is to leave the car much more uphill (white parking slots are ok, while yellow ones are for residents) and call a local taxi to pick you up and take you down to the main square for as little as 10-15 € (that is what you would pay for just a few hours in the parking if you were lucky enough to find a spot), and forget about the car for your whole stay since everything you need is easily reachable on foot and you can visit the nearby villages by train. 2) Be aware that the railway passes right through the center of the village, so you will hear trains pretty loud from pretty much everywhere in Monterosso.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement du logement,qui est trÚs agréablement aménagé dans une petite ruelle simple, toute fraßche qui s'échappe d e la rue principale trÚs touristique en journée.D'ailleurs ,trÚs souvent nous préférions passer dans les petites ruelles étroites et calmes sans personne,cela avait beaucoup plus de charme.De plus, la vue depuis la terrasse est superbe.Nous avons opté pour des vacances trÚs sportives ,en marchant sur les hauts chemins comme celui des sanctuaires magnifiques vues sur tout le littoral.(prendre la carte ,les tracés en rouge)Ceux cÎtiers sont plus encombrés et payants.Il faut s'approcher des points de départ en voiture et revenir en train pour les plus fatigués!Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par Carla, qui est trÚs gentille et complaisante.Nous avions tous les renseignements et tout le confort simple et fonctionnel pour un excellent séjour.On reviendra au "cinque terre!"merci encore.

Nice location

This place is all about location. It is perfectly situated in old town, which is so charming. The place was mostly satisfactorily maintained; they were kind enough to leave nespresso pods for the machine. Took a little bit for the manager to reply, and the reply was uncaring. The devil is in the details, and some were lacking. But overall, great location and great experience. We would go back here.

All the reviews are accurate. The view is amazing--that and the location are the reason to stay! The deck is very large. The apartment itself is on the small side, but that doesn't matter. The location is great. Close to town, ferry and train.

The two decks were amazing. We had one issues with cold shower but once we asked she had someone come to show us how the hot water heater works, then we were good to go. Unit was very clean and organized..we would definitely stay there again..

Lovely stay!

My husband and I loved this property! The terrace view of the beach and the town beneath was incredible - we enjoyed breakfast out there in the morning and watched the stars out there at night! Monterosso was incredible, and we were happy to be right nere the start of the Blue Trail trailhead. Our hosts Carla and Maurizio were attentive and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. Would recommend!

Awesome place

This has the location, the view and the amnesties. Only wish is it had a washer. The a/c worked great. The room was quiet. The kitchen seemed new. Super close to the playground, which was fabulous with a wine bar and cafe next to it.

Great view of the sea and close to everything!

We felt like locals staying in this apartment, so close to the sea and the buzz of Monterosso. Plus we were right at the start of the hike to Vernazza, with the beach a 3 minute walk. The best part of this place is the rooftop deck with amazing views of the sea and town, we spent a lot of time of there. We enjoyed our time and hope to be back!

Amazing view in the best part of the village

We loved our stay! The only confusion was how to walk to get from the train station to the check in, but the host messaged us right away. There are many stairs to climb with luggage, but we found that to be true, no matter where you stay in Cinque Terre :)

Perfect spot to experience Monterosso!!

We loved Carla's place in Monterosso!! It wasn't our first visit to the town so we knew we wanted something nearer to the Beach end of the Old town. This apartment fit the bill perfectly and did not disappoint! The view from both the breakfast deck and the upper roof deck are incredible and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable with wonderful AC (it was a bit hot during the afternoons this visit). We will definitely stay here again! Thanks, Carla!!

Amazing experience!

The rooftop deck did not disappoint, offering unobstructed views of the water. The house is tucked away in a quiet location, and a very short walk to the beach. You feel like a local just steps away from the town center. Carmen greeted us with a warm welcome and provided all the essential information to ensure a comfortable stay. Restaurants are nearby, or you can stop by a local market and create your own feast at home. Highly recommend!
