Great walkable area to all kinds of dining options and Old Port. Checkin was efficient. Sadly we found the room just mediocre. Bed was horrible and old and the springs crunched. And the coffee maker was as old as the bed. Expected more from a brand name like the Sheraton, especially when they are charging full price.

The staff at this hotel were excellent. I unfortunately contracted food poisoning during my stay (NOT from the hotel's restaurant) and they were so helpful with my requests. The restaurant heated up broth I had bought and put it in a to-go cup for me and comp-ed my boyfriend's breakfast twice to make up for our unfortunate experience (which was not at all their fault). Habib, the restaurant manager, was amazing and accommodating. I also went to the front desk to ask to change rooms after a tough day/night sick in my room. I was hoping for a fresh start, and Mikael was so accommodating and let us switch rooms for our final night with no charges and no issues. Overall, I'm very thankful that we had our stay at this hotel, they made what could have been a terrible holiday much more bearable. Merci à tous !!

Convenient location, very nice facilities (though bathrooms don’t have fans for some reason), and excellent Staff and services. Enjoyed daily morning swim (pool opens at 6:30 am, lifeguard on site) and a yoga session on Saturday morning. Location was convenient. In order to get Wi Fi you must be a member of Bon Jov. Even though i booked for 3 adults , room didn't have enough towels. We also had to pay for parking. It cost us 140.00 for 2 days ,2 vehicle. In my opinion if you are staying in a hotel, parking should be included. Not sure if i will ever go back to Montreal. Hotels are too expensive.

Great hotel in great location! It has everything we wanted and more. The building was elegant looking and all areas are kept very clean. The rooms were nicely decorated and the comfy beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer. Merci mille fois!!!
