Had an amazing time at the Renaissance. Came in town for my birthday weekend and they welcomed me with a beautiful note, cupcake and room upgrade. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. This was my first experience with this hotel and will definitely won't be the last. Thank you for making my birthday special.

It took multiple days to get housekeeping to the room to switch sheets/towels and make the bed. Took close to an hour to find a package that was delivered to their front desk. Would not stay here again.
