The hotel was very cute and quiet. You could hear the people above you walking around in the room, but other than that a great place to stay.

The heat did not work in rhe room rhey waited until 11pm my last night stay before moving to a room the heat did work.i paid cash on top of what i already paid on expedia upon check in and 3 days after my stay was over they billed my card another 40 dollars .i was not offered no clean towels ghe entire stay nor did i even see a housekeeper throught out my entire stay except for check out day

I have stayed here many times. Although not an upscale hotel, i never thought it was dirty until this time. My room, the hallways, the stairs were filthy. Also we received no housekerping service. Thin walls, i could hear everything from the room next door.

The facility is desperate for an update to the guest rooms/hallways etc. No elevator to the second floor, how is that even possible, the ADA was passed 35 years ago? Regardless, staff did the best they could and the rooms and common areas were clean.

Overall this place is a dump. Outside is pretty unkempt with all the trash cans overflowing. Inside smells like smoke. Staff isn’t great either. I waited for about a half an hour (along with two other guests trying to address other issues) before I could check in. Front desk employee was nowhere in sight.
