Booked rooms through hotel.com the room I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a full size sofa bed. Checked in to hotel only to find out that they didnât have sofa beds in rooms. So hotel.com falsely advertises. Wi-Fi was down was told they had water issues hotel.com advertised 24 hour front desk service that to was false. Had a lot of negative issues. Wonât use hotel.com again due to false advertising
Very clean. Two things - a full length mirror and bigger waste baskets if no maid service.
Also we noted that with the water shortage, the water pressure was really high.
The property is charming. It's a small operation ultimately. The staff feels overwhelmed. There's limited and food water available. Our room had a queen-sized bed and only one bedside table. The coffee machine barely worked in our room. Staying there is kind of like cabin camping. Be prepared to find work-arounds. Very clean and new facility.
We stayed on a Monday night. The lodge is nice and the rooms are nice. There were no restaurants open in the town on a Monday. We walked around and when we got back at 4:45, the Restuarant in the lodge was closed.
We asked about room service and they said we had missed it. It was unavailable. The only place to get food was across the street at the General Store, so we bought Ramen noodles and chips.
We tried to stream a movie on our laptop but the wifi was terrible. I went to the front desk to ask and they said the wifi "doesn't work with some carriers" I still don't know what that means.
Please fix the wifi and have some food available for your out of town guests.
Staff were extremely kind. On road for 16 hours and ran late. She waited for us to get her and met us in parking garage.Room very cozy and quiet. Would stay here again.
