The in room AC unit at the window made the carpe wet and sticky. Had the property been offered at a reasonable price point, it would’ve been acceptable. It was too expensive for the value.

Clean, comfortable, there were three lightbulbs out. I stepped into the shower and neither the shampoo nor the conditioner was operational. That was a disappointment!

Felt dirty

The room itself had a lot of dings and marks, there were burn holes in the carpet & cracks in the bathroom door, overall it felt a bit crummy because of this.

Great place!

I was very pleased. Very friendly and patient staff. I’ll stay here again. I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but walked through. Looked very good. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower. There was a problem in the bathroom with unexplained water on the floor that soaked through my slippers. I couldn’t find the source of it but reported it when I checked out the next morning. I wanted to give a 5 star rating but felt this should be mentioned.

Why do they have no breakfast? Not even some muffin/bagel. Called customer service, just to let them know and this is my complaint. It was AI support, so everything you wrote down was translated into Let me send you to our software technicians, which had nothing to do with breakfast. It was trying to send me to engineers. That was awful when you need customer support and get this.

I had problems with the room during my stay. The toilet didn’t flush correctly (and the seat was falling off it), and it’s unclear to me whether anyone fixed it while I was out during my 3-night stay. Housekeeping never replaced the tissues. Also, I hate that they have no convenience items—there is no small store selling bottled water or snacks. Finally, I never saw anyone at the front desk. You had to stand there and yell hello
