"At Isar River Park" and just 20 min to Munich`s center: This chic and very bright 3 room holiday apartment in best exclusive location is on the upper floor of a large villa-styled house, which is lying directly at a nice meadow, and has its own external entrance. Can use a bedroom with double bed and bureau, ensuite bathroom (toilet, tub and bidet) and dressing room with wardrobes, living room with sofa, very comfortable sofa bed and guest bed for 3 persons the separate shower room (toilet, shower cubicle) and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a large covered south-west-facing balcony (garden furniture here waiting for you). Total yield of 81 mÂČ (871 sq ft) living space. Interior is solid and of high quality but also very practical and comfortable, corresponding to the distinguished ambience. Of course, all things of daily use are available, up to a private washing machine with dryer and free Wifi.

All shops and the best international restaurants are within walking distance in 5 to 8 minutes.

Just 200 meters away there is an e-bike rental station (MVG).

Quiet and convenient

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the shops and restaurants of central GrĂŒnwald. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay, and Stephan is an attentive host. It’s particularly nice to have a parking spot instead of looking for a place on the street.

Perfect stay!

We all LOVED our stay at Stephan's house! The views out to the yard and field are beautiful. There's a little balcony off the main bedroom which was really nice. The place was spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. We stayed at the property for a weekend and made our way into Munich during the day and the little town was so nice to come home to. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us Stephan :)

A Nice Find

Great location for a very reasonable price; Owner is very easy to work with and property was very sizeable and clean, with everything you might need [kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, TV, computer, phone, etc.; The high-efficiency washer / dryer was a very slow process, but that is the only thing I would change.... everything else was great, and I would stay here again.

Great stay in GrĂŒnwald

You’re not staying in the heart of Munich so there’s a bit of a journey to get to things, but it’s well worth it. GrĂŒnwald is lovely and quiet with shops and restaurants (we liked Kritamos), and the tram makes it easy to get to the center of Munich. The apartment felt very spacious - the pictures perhaps undersell how nice it is. Stephan is a helpful and thoughtful host. No complaints about anything- a great base for exploring Munich.

GrĂŒnwald is ideaal verblijf voor bezoek aan MĂŒnchen

Ideaal gelegen verblijf voor een bezoek aan MĂŒnchen: startpunt metro goed bereikbaar met auto, of tram; vandaar MĂŒnchen in. Woning (stijl: vorige eeuw) is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je hoeft zelf niets aan te schaffen, behalve eten en drinken. Koffie, thee, frisdrank en meer is aanwezig. Stephan is zeer vriendelijk beantwoord vragen snel. Aanrader!

Beautiful - Inside and Out!

Very well-appointed apartment in lovely town just outside Munich. Absolutely everything we could possibly need was provided. Very comfortable! Loved the small town - many good restaurants, cafes, bakeries and also a variety of hiking/walking trails very close by. The host was thorough in his walk through and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend!

Very quiet location just a short walk from Gruenwald village center. Regular walks along the Isar added to the enjoyment. Host is extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.
