Can Bassa 243 fantastic villa with private pool, terrace, barbecue and air conditioning

Located on a traditional street in the village and with spectacular views, this four-bedroom house offers guests everything they might need to enjoy the life of a Mallorcan village.



The house offers spectacular views of Alcudia Bay: Playa de Muro and Can Picafort from both the rooms and the entrance.

Access is through a corridor with a high-beamed ceiling, the interior of the house has been finished to the highest level. The owners have used only the best local materials.

The living room, with stone walls, is well-furnished and has satellite television and high-speed wifi.

It provides access to the traditional, stone-style rustic kitchen, which is fully equipped.

The four bedrooms are beautifully furnished. Three of them offer double beds and impressive en-suite bathrooms. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a shower bathroom.

It has an upper terrace with informal seating, an umbrella, and views of the pool and courtyard.

On the ground floor, there is a garden with a cosy pond surrounded by a solarium with grass.

The covered terrace area has an impressive wooden table, a freshwater well and sun loungers, a large barbecue and a summer kitchen, or second kitchen with beams that can accommodate up to 12 people.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was as described and it was easy from booking to our stay. The rooms were really nice and spacious.There are some little things that could with updating, like the lack of kitchen space for dry food or chopping boards but it didn't impact our stay.

The villa was beautiful, even better than the photos show and it's in a fabulous position at the edg

The villa was beautiful, even better than the photos show and it's in a fabulous position at the edge of town. We hadn't even noticed in the details there's a pool table, it added to our fun! The garden is quiet and private and we enjoyed cooling off in the pool each day. We wanted to stay where we could walk to small shops, bars and local life and Muro is a lovely un-touristy town. We visited cafes and a fabulous small bakery in the mornings ( try the delicious custard turnovers, rubbilos? ) Lovely snorkelling beaches a drive away, one tip, hire a small car! I'd go back tomorrow if I could.

Wonderful accomodation

Muro is a pretty little town with a handful of shops, bars and coffee shops. There was a fabulous coffee shop within walking distance (Panord) where the cakes were excellent and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Prices were also amazing!The house was perfect, lots of space and very comfortable. It was great to have a garage to put the car in and the location was excellent with stunning views. We had an issue with the wifi whilst there but no sooner reported than fixed which was impressive.Majorca in January is lovely but lots of things are closed and finding somewhere to eat wasa challenge, so our only criticism of the house was that there could have been more equipment in the kitchen. An oven Proof dish or two would have made life a whole lot easier

Our arrival was smooth

Our arrival was smooth. instructions were clearly and timely send to us via Mallorca Charme. The villa itself is hidden in the urban area and is located next to a very narrow street, which makes parking there a challenge. The house itself is absolutely beautiful with 4 double bedrooms, 4 showers and each room has its own Airco-unit, which is very comfortable considering the heat which is contained trough the urban surroundings and the enclosed garden. The house has all the necessities to make your stay worthwhile. The pool-table, swimming-pool, BBQ and the solarium were very nice extra’s. There were a few cons though that are worth mentioning:- the fridge did not cool properly.- the water in the master bedroom did not warm up at all, so cold showers there. - the coverage of the WiFi is not that good.- power outages because of the working (small) dishwasher.- the front door could not be locked, there was a glass door next to it which did, but that did not feel very secure

Die Unterkunft entsprach in mehreren Punkten nicht der Beschreibung. Einige Ausstattungsmerkmale waren in deutlich schlechterem Zustand als erwartet. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht dem Niveau das man in einer Ferienwohnung erwarten darf. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Ein ganz toller Aufenthalt

Es war ein super Urlaub in einem super Anwesen. Wir sind mit 8 Personen angereist und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Der Pool würde 1x die Woche gewartet und dir Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war auch super. Wir hatten auch keine Probleme mit unseren Hunden. Die Stadt Muro ist auch sehr schön mit ihren Gassen und Cafe's und Bistro's. Wir hatten auch das Glück, das während unserem Urlaub das Stadtfest miterleben zu dürfen. Alles in allem Super.

Vacaciones excelentes

En general nos ha gustado todo, a qué mejor, todo muy limpio, el trato con el personal excelente. Aire acondicionado por todo los sitios, no teníamos muchos platos ni vasos y el primer día vinieron y nos trajeron de todo para poder tener. Todo un placer estar allí, vamos a repetir seguro!! La única pega o cosa a mejorar sería en la cocina un estractor un poco más potente y en uno de los baños de arriba poner una puerta, es lo único que pondría, todo lo demás perfecto!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir waren bei den heißen Temperaturen besonders glücklich mit dem Pool. Eine Grundausstattung zum Kochen ist vorhanden.Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit weitläufiger Aussicht auf die atemberaubende Natur Mallorcas. Das Haus selbst bietet eine Garage für mindestens ein Auto, öffentliche Parkplätze sind jedoch in unmittelbarer Umgebung ebenfalls vorhanden.Der nächste Strand in Can Picafort/ Playa de Muro ist auch mit öffentlichen Bussen gut und schnell zu erreichen. Auch Supermärkte in Muro sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten gut erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief stets schnell und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen dieses Haus für Gruppen ganz klar weiter! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für Ihre Unterstützung, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Très bel endroit et communication nickel

Très bel endroit et communication nickel.Logement à 20mn de la plage et 40mn de Formentor (magnifique)Il faut absolument une voiture bien sûr.Les draps et serviettes sont fournies, c'est top!Juste quelques petits point à améliorer dans la maison pour que ce soit parfait (wifi peu fontionnel, douche froide dans une chambre...)Mais sinon le reste est très bien

Sehr schöne Finca am Stadtrand von Muro gelegen

Sehr schöne Finca am Stadtrand von Muro gelegen. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön und nicht einsehbar. Den Pool haben wir gern genutzt. Die Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein. Aber ansonsten ist es alles richtig toll, wenn man es authentisch mag abseits vom Massentourismus. Eigentlich fehlt es an nichts. Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurants sind etwas spärlich. Der Strand ist in 15 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar mit kostenfreien Parkmöglichkeiten und ein Traum. Auch einen Ausflug nach Sineu können wir empfehlen.

Casa comoda y agradable

Amplitud de la casa, la zona del patio y la terraza superior son estupendas. El billar y la piscina geniales. La zona de los baños necesita un poco de atencion, toalleros caidos, grifos llenos de cal.... ademas nos quedamos sin agua caliente dos dias antes de la salida. Avisamos de que la cafetera estaba rota y el propietario nunca se paso a reponerla.
