My family and I stayed in this great house, just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. Within short distance to basic stores, groceries, bars and restaurants. The access to main roads was also a plus.
The property had everything we could have needed, the space was great and all appliances worked. The back patio was idyllic for every meal!
The communication with the renters was easy, they were very responsive and kind.
The house has AC in all bedrooms and a dishwasher which is not common. We appreciated them :)
We would stay there again!
Das Objekt befindet sich in der NÀhe von einem der schönsten StrÀnde von Mallorca. Unser vierjÀhriger Sohn hatte viel Spaà dort.
Der Strand ist ganz nah dran und gegenĂŒber befindet sich eine tolle HĂŒpfeburg.
Es wird ein Auto-Stellplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck versprochen. Es gibt diesen Stellplatz. Allerdings darf die Ausfahrt offiziell zugeparkt werden, da der EigentĂŒmer nicht dafĂŒr gesorgt hat, die Ein- und Ausfahrt kostenpflichtig bei der relevanten Behörde anzumelden. Es kann also passieren, dass man mit seinem teuer gemieteten Fahrzeug nicht vom GrundstĂŒck kommt, da ein Fahrzeug rechtmĂ€Ăig die Ausfahrt blockiert. Da sollte der EigentĂŒmer etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen und die Ausfahrt offiziell anmelden lassen.
UnertrĂ€glich war das zahlreiche Ungeziefer im und am Haus. An die vielen Ameisen konnte man sich mit der Zeit gewöhnen. Allerdings war der Besuch von mehreren groĂen Kakerlaken im Haus unertrĂ€glich!
