"My room didn’t have an ocean view "

"There is minimal pool seating but plenty ocean/beach seating. Service was great but overly pricey."

"I had to pay extra to get into the room earlier than 3p, even though the room was ready. The property needs a lot of attention. The pools were a mess with debris all over. Once in the room, it was filthy. The floor, the walls haven’t been wiped down. The dust and hair on the baseboard was disgusting. The bathroom was run down. There was no hot water when I went to take a shower and when I called, 4 times, they sent someone an hour and a half later. Only for the shower head to leak while using it, so the shower was a trickle at best. I do not recommend this property at all. The only commendations are the girl at the front desk was nice , it’s a couple minute walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants that are in walking distance. There are many other places in the area that are much nicer and cleaner. I won’t be back. "

"Hotel is in process of being updated. Great location. Can walk to numerous restaurants, bars, beach, state park. Pool was nice. Room was spacious with nice view of ocean. Family friendly. Updates are needed but they are working on it. I would stay there again. "

"Everything was prestine at Galleria Doible Tree. From checking in, housekeeping, property, location to Publix’s, Starbucks, beach, and McSorley’s. Made for the best trip with three 16 year old boys. I will miss the view of the ocean and intercoastal for sure. Thank you making making SB 2026 one of the best. That’s what brings us back✈️🌴🚢☀️🌊"

"I recently stayed at Sonesta after my cruise and it was perfect. It was clean, beds were comfy. They even have a restaurant on site so we didn’t have to go anywhere and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely be staying here again next time I’m in FLL."
