Our room was not provided any soaps, towels or toilet paper when we checked in. I requested the items and after an hour of waiting I ended up having to speak with 3 different people about having shampoo and conditioner for our stay. Considering the price I expected an understanding response when requesting simple toiletries. The room was not cleaned well, over a 5 day stay we had towels replenished only twice even though we had housekeeping come everyday, very strange. The toilet makes a very loud whistle when you flush and unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. Although the location is beautiful this hotel really needs to update the rooms or empower their team to take better care of where families stay.

The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout the visit, with fresh linens, a clean bathroom, and everything in good working order. The staff members were consistently friendly and courteous, greeting with a smile and quickly assisting with check-in, questions, and local recommendations. Great, relaxing stay. Everything you need for the real vacation, great views with spectacular sunrises, nice breakfast in the hotel, amazing rooms with all equipments for kitchen, towels on the beach and on 5th floor swimming pool. For late flights there is a room to keep bags save.

Staff was outstanding and attentive. Oceanfront view was spectacular Room could use an upgrade on little things like grab bars in shower with slippery marble floors. Screens on balconies (birds flew in our room) ice trays for fridge or ice in hall And Expedia could explain extra fees like $55 a day for parking and $20 a towel on beach beyond 2 or $30 for an umbrella on beach and $20 for extra chairs. Breakfast is included by giving a credit to restaurant for large menu. Not buffet.

The employees were great, the room was nice. My only complaint is that I now have to keep bugging them about my bill. I’m supposed to have a credit on my bill because I paid to have breakfast included. I spoke to the manager and he assured me I’d have a credit for each day regardless of whether I ate breakfast or dinner bc I explained their breakfast didn’t start until 8. Had I known I may not have prepaid bc I leave the hotel early. Most hotels I’ve stayed at breakfast starts much earlier. He said he understood and there would be no problem. It’s not a lot of money but it’s mine and I didn’t want to have to keep following up about it. There were no notes entered so the staff didn’t prepare my bill correctly. That’s my one complaint.
