Great staff, good food. Inside of elevators need cleaning. Pool needs vacuuming more often. Like daily - due to sand coming in from beach. Like many hotels, the resort fee is a rip-off. Beware, the contracted company on the beach will give you 2 free lounge chairs but the umbrella is $30. Ouch.

Everything went well. Great view and attentive staff. Even the few hiccups were addressed quickly and fairly. Appreciated suggestions and responsiveness's via text also. Thank you in particular to: Shanoia, Edlet, and Khushboo (sorry for spellings) for great service and pleasant demeanor. Happy wife, happy life!!! We'll be back for my birthday next year!
