Room was so noisy! I thought the balcony door was open because the street noise and the noise from vehicles going over the drawbridge was ridiculously loud. The shower in the bathroom had mold. I woke up with bites on both of my exposed arms. I will not stay here again. I would never recommend this hotel.

There was no assistance with bell hop and luggage. We grabbed the cart and loaded everything ourselves. Your valet service needs to be improved alot. There was a pile up when checking in and leaving. There was no type of organization what so ever. Lights didn't work in the kitchen. Pantry door off the hinge. (2 queen room).. In king size room the ac was turned off so it was hot humid when checked in.

Friendly check in, lots of restaurants and shopping walking distance, comfortable bed and nice intracoastal view. The hotel furniture looks tired abd it could be cleaner ( sliding doors, kitchenette)

Found the room with stains spots all over the living room and bedroom, complained about it and requested to move to another room but they refused to move me. Someone supposed to shampoo the carpet the next day and never showed up. Spoke with the manager and he simply said “Sorry for the inconvenience”. Terrible experience with a hotel that’s expensive and surprised to see how unprofessional people run this business. I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here.

Great access to beach...had a beautiful view to canal and ocean. Staff very friendly. This property is located next to a lift bridge so it very noisy sitting outside. Water taxi stops right in front of hotel which is a great way to see different areas with driving in the crazy traffic. I would recommend.
