"Firstly, the location is excellent. Very easy to navigate from the train station. Upon entrance into the property, you are welcomed by extremely friendly and professional staff. Whilst admiring the decor and furnishings you are even offered a beverage when signed in - a wonderful touch. Once in your room, you will enjoy a well cleaned, beautifully lit, main bedroom, bathroom & shower. Overall, a joyous experience, with quaint nearby dining options. The hotel food, also lovely. "I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Manchester City Centre. You are walking distance from the main shopping district and the National Football Museum and there is a great choice of places to eat. The breakfast at the hotel is good and the pool although small is great for a quick swim. Parking is opposite the hotel in the AO Arena car park, this has to be the tightest car park we have ever been in where the spaces are snug but getting around the car park is a v tight squeeze. However you do get a reduced rate for parking there you just need to get a validation ticket from the hotel."
