A very unique hotel stay! Hotel is very quirky but absolutely lovely. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Only one little niggle was breakfast time service... we waited to be served a while, our drinks came a while after that and our breakfast around 20 mins after drinks. Overall from being seated to being fed was 45 minutes. Didn't spoil our stay maybe just very busy due to being the weekend!

Absolutely could not recommend Treehouse enough. We booked a double double room and it was cosy, comfortable, so well equipped and absolutely perfect for our weekend away. The beds are super comfortable and cosy, whilst the rest of the hotel was such a lovely vibe. The gym is quite insane to be honest, such good facilities and it’s all just included in the price. I’ve visited Manchester a lot and stayed in many different hotels here, the Treehouse is definitely something different to what else is out there and for me the best value for money out of any of the ones I’ve stayed in.

I loved our stay at The Treehouse - I was a little dubious before checking in as it’s not my usual style of hotel but I chose it based on location and it far exceeded my expectations. The room layout and facilities were great. It’s not as quirky as it looks, it’s incredibly comfortable and cosy and well thought out in terms of room layout and decoration. The room was very spacious and super comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay here traveling solo. Great area the gym was amazing and nearby was very walkable. Highly recommend! Got a great massage down the street at a spa and enjoyed walking the nearby neighborhood

Great place to stay

The bar tender with the head tattoo was amazing and very friendly. Great drink maker and wonderful representative for the hotel. Also the hotel was amazing and everyone was nice and great hospitality.

We had a great time at this hotel. It was so unique and the staff were lovely. It was a great location to get too (apart from football traffic). Lots of different parking available closer or a little walk away. Easy to get to the shops and restaurants. Our hotel room was amazing. We were given an accessible room (which wasn’t needed) but perfectly fine. Only issue was it had a door attached to access another room which made us feel a bit uneasy but under stable for that room. The shower went cold a few times. The tv was hard to control, would be good if there was a guide or Netflix/ Bluetooth connection. This wasn’t a big factor in our stay. Would recommend all and definitely go back in the future!

Fab gym, not ok with service charge (tip)

The gym is fabulous - the place overall is pretty great, but then it’s brand new, so it should be. Not happy about the « Service charge » that is not mandatory but they don’t really give you the option to remove it. Let’s not bring the « tip » culture to the UK.

Watch out they add a service charge on departure that you can ask to be removed but a bit sneaky. The rooms are a little bit bizarre...for eco friendly they've chopped down a lot of trees to give the twee feeling/ambiance. Room service came with another service charge...£50 for a burger, sandwich and cauliflower cheese side which were all luke warm was a scandal.

Best place for families!

Absolutely loved this place. It's especially great for kids (and adults who miss their childhood haha). The vibes in the room are amazing, it doesn't feel cold like most hotels do. The location is perfect, it's right in the middle of town and you are able to get whatever you need within minutes. I am planning on returning soon.
