Great location just a couple of minutes from the main train station. The rooms are clean and a decent size, with a good shower room. The in-house bar and excellent service made the stay very enjoyable. A big thank you to Emillisha and Tiana, who made breakfast and check-out such a pleasant experience!

Went to the Duran Duran Halloween concert & this hotel was the perfect location for me Close to the trams to get to venue & other local places and very close to Piccadilly station Very helpful staff and a beautiful room

The check in was speedy and I appreciated having a choice of lower or upper floors. The room was comfortable and warm. And well provided with tea and coffee. Daily housekeeping was excellent. I would like to make a point about the tv. The choice of channels was very limited with not much variety and reception was not good with constant breaking up. Not good for an hotel of this standard.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was suitable, and clean. Checking in and out went smoothly, and I had no issues with my stay. Good option for a simple trip. Found it hard to close and lock the room door, which also didn’t have a peephoke

I have stayed at Motel One several times. It provides convenience (across the street from Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station) and value for money. What bothered me on this trip was that even though I had a "Do Not Disturb" notice on my door handle, the housekeeper ignored it and opened my door!
