On arrival, £24 for 24 hours parking... not great really. Location is central, which is great. However not so great when your offered drugs or asked for spare change on every street corner is not great. Got in shower to discover 1 towel between 2 of us... there was a hand towel but it was filthy with makeup stains. Got out the shower - Hair dryer doesnt work.. staff were apologetic and replaced. The room - we booked a privilege room. Doesnt look anything like the photos and if you like a good nights sleep this hotel is absolutely not for you. The matresses as others have mentioned, are like slabs of concrete. Very dated. We arrived back to the hotel after a nighr at the AO arena only to find we had to ring a bell and wait to be let back in 😂.. Lastly, the good old full English - Not buffet as we were told. We had to order. Bacon - completely inedible as in dog treat... Eggs - snotty, didnt fancy food poisoning so also non edible So.-. All in all - completely avoid.

Bed is so uncomfortable. We’ve stayed twice this month and both times something was broken. Last time it was the bath, this time it was the air con.

The bed that we had was broken down the middle and it looked like it had collapsed previously. The bathroom could have been cleaner especially the floor.
