I,m so disapointed with this visit, my husband and i has been visiting this hotel since 2000 when was the Registry and never had a bad experience, this time we feel that the management was so unprofessional, in the parking garage we park in an space that do not indicate no parking, at 2:30 am we received a call requesting to move our car or the car can be tow, really guys ?, you can not wait until the morning ?, we are two senior citizens and they show no consideration at all, on the other hand be careful when you go to the beach that the chairs are included in the resort fee but not the umbrellas wich they charge 18.94$ each without telling you previously, in general not a plesant stay at all in a hotel so espensive.

This trip was in celebration of my wife’s 60th Birthday and I wanted it to be special. Attached that note to the reservation and it was never mentioned. Upon arrival, we were pressured to upgrade our room. Not interested. The clerk was hard to hear and refused to speak up even after I asked her to. Very nice but needs to speak up. Our room had several issues with poor repairs or lack of repairs. Our experience at the Spa was even worse. The pool waitress was inattentive even though there were very few people at the time we attended. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice facility just not as nice as the price suggests. We have paid far less and had a much nicer room and facility. We will search for another resort when we visit Naples in the future.
You'll be playing in the surf in no time with a free ride on the hotel's complimentary beach shuttle. Spend the day at the beach and work on your tan in the sun loungers (chaise longues) or kick back in the shade with cabanas (surcharge) and umbrellas. At Naples Grande Beach Resort you can cool off in one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools and indulge in a pampering afternoon at the full-service spa. There are 3 restaurants on site, as well as a coffee shop/café and a snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a beach bar, a poolside bar, and a bar/lounge.
