Recently built 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom fully-furnished house, ready for guests to enjoy! With one king bed, four queen beds, a double bed, and twin bunk beds, this home comfortably sleeps 16+ guests. Enjoy your days under the sun and playing at the beach, and then return to this beautiful house & wash off in the outdoor shower & relax on the front porch or patio out back. Summer rentals are going fast!

This is a 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom property that includes a 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom main house with a separate 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom private-entrance apartment. Great for parties or families that want a separate space for some of their group.

The Town of Narragansett has noise and public nuisance ordinances. The noise level must be kept below 55 dBA between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Noise levels that exceed this level and outdoor gatherings between the hours of 10pm and 7am will not be tolerated. For any violation, the Town of Narragansett Police Department will issue penalties in the form of a fine of not less than $400.00 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days. Any subsequent violation can lead to greater fines and imprisonment.

New build. In-law apartment over garage..not connecting to home. Not as clean as I hoped. Old coffee in coffee pot upon arrival. Had to wash all bedspreads and bathroom rugs.There is a "limit" to how low you can put the central ac. 70 degrees. No ceiling fans. Was extremely warm upstairs at night. Had to purchase a fan for each bedroom. And spiders...everywhere.

Great vacation

Property was just how described. Short drive to beach. Loved that you were able to walk to grab a bite or have a drink. Owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the ac. It was looked into and fixed the same day. Thanks Zac!

Quiet getaway

The house was clean and there were no surprises. The host is very responsive and the location is great. There are a couple restaurants and bars within walking distance; the beach is a short drive away. This is a great place to relax after spending the day summing, fishing or trekking around block island.

Wonderful time in Narragansett

This property was perfect for our family of 11. We had plenty of sleeping space and the kitchen was very well supplied with all the necessities. We spent a lot of time on the patio. We walked to local restaurants and along the sea wall to see the beautiful ocean scenery. Very short drive to the beach with its soft sand and crystal clear water. Traveled to Newport, Jamestown and Wickford which were all short drives away. We would love to stay here again with its perfect location!

Nice stay in Narragansett

Our family group of 13 made this house work nicely for our week in RI. House was clean, easy check in and check out process and Zac was very responsive to any inquiries. We all loved how close we were to the ocean for morning walks and a Friday night concert on the green.

Narragansett

Zachary’s house in Narragansett was perfect for a long weekend with a large group. The only thing that wasn’t initially clear about the listing is that guests have to provide their own towels and linens, which is an additional charge to an outside vendor.

We needed a place to sleep 16, this did the job!

We wanted a place near the beach that could accommodate 16 of us. In the end it was only 15 of us, but we still maximised usage of the house. Zachary was excellent at responding to questions. Had all the kitchen stuff we needed (although the toaster was in a cupboard and it took us a few days to find it!). There were games and a few beach things in the garage. The closest beach was the town beach, but with a group of 16, many of whom are children, we drove the mile or so to get there. If you need to drive anyway, probably makes as much sense to go to one of the state beaches in town, where you only pay for parking. Anyway, if you need a massive house near the beach in RI, I can highly recommend Zachary's place.

A great time was had by all

It was unanimously declared by my two daughters, their spouses an my 5 grandchildren that this was one of our favorite places to stay in Rhode Island. The location is ideal, the house is large, clean and well appointed and Zac was a wonderfully responsive host. The weather also cooperated, which was icing on the cake. We would gladly stay again.

Plenty of space, good location, but cleaning and supplies need work

Construction, space, and location as described. Cleaning service needs improvement. Interior not at my expected standard for this price. If you need plenty of space, it's there, but if you expect high end furniture/appliances/ cookware, look elsewhere.
