An airy single family home in the Point Judith Area of Narragansett, Rhode Island.

Enjoy an ocean view from the living room, dining room, 1st floor deck, 2nd floor front bedroom and 2nd floor balcony.

This home has many modern amenities to make your leisure time enjoyable. If you like the outdoors, there is over 700 square feet of deck to lounge on and a large yard for game playing with the family. To keep the beach sand on the outside, there is a hot and cold shower in back yard for your convenience. The home is within walking distance of many restaurants or a short drive to others. Roger Wheeler State Beach & Scarborough State Beach are each a mile away with Salty Brine State Beach two miles away. Aunt Carrie's, Iggy's, Spain and Chair 5 are all within short walking distances of the home!

To keep things clean during your stay, there is a washer and dryer on the ground floor. Also a central vacuum system throughout the house.

The outside deck features large gas grill for barbecuing, patio table with six chairs, two lounge chairs and a beautiful view of the open Atlantic Ocean.

If you prefer a place to hide for a bit, sit on the upper balcony and stare out at the beautiful ocean and watch the ships slowly sail by.

1st Floor Features:

Kitchen has oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, side-by side refrigerator with ice maker, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster oven and dishes/flatware.

Dining room has seating for six with ocean views from this location.

Living room has two couches, and one easy chair. Also, a 65″ Smart TV, Youtube TV and WIFI Internet Service throughout the home.

Master Bedroom has one queen size bed, reading lamp, bureau, ceiling fan, two large closets, a 50″ Smart TV with YouTubeTV and Local/Internet channels , (towels, linen, pillows and blankets are not provided).

Master Bath has a bathtub with shower, large vanity and linen closet.

2nd Floor Features:

The front bedroom has a queen-size bed, double closets, ceiling fan, Smart TV with YouTubeTV, Local & Internet channels, WiFi, and private balcony looking out over the Atlantic Ocean, (towels, linen, pillows and blankets are not provided).

The back bedroom has two double beds, double closets, WiFi and ceiling fan, (towels, linen, pillows and blankets are not provided).

Between the two bedrooms is a full bath with large vanity, linen closet and shower.

Summer fun

The property was awesome. Very convenient to beaches and restaurants. The kids loved that we could walk to the ice cream store and to Iggys for dough boys. We loved our stay and hopefully can return next year

Ocean view!

We absolutely love this home. We have stayed in several other houses in the neighborhood over the years, but this one by far was the cleanest newest loveliest best view ever house that we rented. Cindy and Dennis were very amendable though there were no issues!! Just lovely and we hope to rent again from them.

Great Community Feeling, Great House

We don't like places that are too "touristy." Point Judith is wonderful. The house is walking distance or a short drive to great places to eat that are not national chains, and your choice of rocky or sandy beaches. The only reason we didn't give 5 starts in all categories is that the house overlooks the back of a bar, which was noisy, but only on Friday and Saturday night, and quiet by about midnight. As for the listing, it was a little vague on the need to bring all linens, including pillows. But Cindy was GREAT - quickly responding to any questions that I had.

Family vacation

The layout of this house worked very nicely for us. We, the grandparents. liked having the downstairs BR/BA, and the kids and grandkids had plenty of space upstairs. We liked the open floor plan of the first floor. The grandkids loved having Aunt Carrie’s ice cream virtually across the street. Beautiful Scarborough Beach is only a few minutes drive. The house is very convenient to restaurants and take-out places. The owner is super-responsive and pleasant, which I appreciated. *Be aware that you need to bring ALL bedding linens (not just sheets) and pillows, plus towels. We knew this ahead, and were driving, so not a big deal, but could be for some. In all, we had a very fun week here.
