Narragansett Pier! Easy walk to seawall, food, shopping, playground - more!

Your stay is within the desirable Narragansett Pier neighborhood, providing easy access to Narragansett Town Beach, and the Narragansett Pier Marketplace (complete with ocean views, unique shops and boutiques, cafes and restaurants). The seawall is just a short walk from the house, and from there you can enjoy seafood/ice cream at Monahan’s Clam Shack and/or take a stroll along the ocean to the Narragansett Town Beach and Pier Marketplace area (just about a mile walk from the house). You can easily walk to Boon Street from the house, and peruse shops/galleries and/or grab delicious food/drinks at some local favorites such as Bike Stop CafĂ©, Crazy Burger, or PJ’s Pub. You can also enjoy the playground & BB court on Boon St. Scarborough State Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, Judith Point Lighthouse, Block Island, Newport RI mansions and attractions, and more are all just a short drive or ferry ride away, too! In Narragansett, the warmer water temperatures and great waves are a favorite for swimmers, boogie boarders, and surfers during the summer season.

Easy as 1 2 3

Check in was simple. The whole house was spotless and the beds all made and ready for us. Plenty of extra storage and more than enough parking in the two driveways.the kitchen was large with plenty of seating available. The three season room was great, bright and airy with a pleasant cross breeze .The central air-conditioning was wonderful on the very hot and humid days. This house accomidated 8- 9 adults/children comfortably with plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Wonderful week spent with family

Every summer we have our family come in to RI to meet up to spend a week together in Narragansett. We have been doing this for about 15 years now. We have rented houses all around the pier and this place is now one of our favorites. The porch is amazing! There was always a breeze and when it rained, it was so nice to not have to move inside. Everyone commented on how the porch made the week so enjoyable even though the weather was up and down. Having the linens provided made traveling much easier for all of us. The house was well stocked with paper products, plates, glasses, cleaning items etc. We felt very well cared for our entire week. We are already planning our return next summer. Thank you!

Great location for the playground and beach but it was unexpectedly on a busy street that was loud at night and a bit tricky to navigate with kids. Loved the 3 season porch and lots of bedroom space.

Narragansett Wedding

Everything was perfect for our stay in Narragansett for my son's wedding; the accommodations, the weather, and the ceremony. One morning we saw three deer in the backyard. Three minor problems at the house; a small hole in the front screen door; a loose part on the shower head in the downstairs bathroom, and a broken dresser drawer in the main downstairs bedroom. (Can provide pictures if necessary). Thank you again for a great stay.

Great base for a friendly adult gathering

This property worked very well for our 5-person gathering of unrelated adults (friends, not couples). The bedrooms accommodated all of us without difficulty; we did not need the rollaway. The common spaces worked very well for our conversations and meals, and the screened porch was great on warm late afternoons. We appreciated that the kitchen had the basics (some oil, coffee, salt/pepper that can be missing from many rentals. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the easy access from US-1. Services were close by, as were good places to eat. And the owners were very responsive on our questions posed in advance of arrival. All is all, it was a great fit for us.

College reunuion

This beautifully decorated house was the perfect setting for me and my college friends to reunite and celebrate 40 years of friendship. The house is so comfortable and perfectly located - a quick walk to the wall where I watched the most beautiful sunrise. The porch is amazing and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed. It was a wonderful stay! Hope to use this house again in the future.

Narragansett Trip

This was a long weekend with 9 girlfriends. The property worked very well for us. There were enough comfortable beds and the living space was nice and open so we could gather together and/or have some solitude if desired. We did have a couple minor housekeeping issues which were addressed by the owner. Check in was simple. Would certainly recommend!

Perfect for families!

Great property! The owners were super responsive, they provide passes to the town beach, which is awesome. The Town beach is walkable if you're not with kids, but if you're organized you can drop kids and stuff off, drive back, park and then walk. The house is perfect. We had two families with kids staying there and there was room for all. And there is a great screened-in porch for the adults to hang out on after the kiddos go to bed. Central air is a huge plus!

Week at the beach

The house was very clean and had absolutely everything you would need. The screened in porch was the gathering spot with plenty of room for everyone, and the outdoor shower is pure heaven! John was very responsive and great to work with.
