Panoramic Ocean View, 5 BR, Central Air, 10 minute walk to Scarborough Beach

Spectacular Panoramic Ocean views from this 2500 SF, recently updated 5 bedroom (sleeps 12 with sofa couch), property on a quiet Narragansett street. Eat breakfast in an open kitchen with a wonderful view of the Ocean and then take a short 10 minute walk down the street to Scarborough Beach and enjoy the sun and surf. For dinner, you can grill out on our 288 sf, expansive first floor deck or you can take a 1/2 block stroll down to Spain Restaurant or 1/4 mile walk down the street to Iggy's Doughboys and Chowder House as well as Aunt Carrie's Ice Cream. At the end of the day, you can sit on two of our large decks overlooking the ocean and enjoy a beautiful evening!

Each bedroom, the dining area and the upstairs living room all have Smart TV's. You will be less than 1/2 mile walk to Scarborough Beach with Hot & Cold Showers, 75 Picnic Tables (North & South), Large Paved Parking Lot, Concrete Boardwalk with Gazebos and Observation Tower, grassy play area, Lifeguard on duty 9:00 am to 6:00 pm(seasonally). This is one of Rhode Island’s most popular beaches.

You will be less than 5 minutes to local grocery store, local restaurants, shopping and family activities. 5 miles from Narragansett Town Beach, 1.5 miles from Roger Wheeler Beach and 2 miles from the Block Island Ferry, this home is in the middle of it all! Newport is only 30 minutes away!

Swimming, surfing, fishing, beachcombing, miniature golf, batting cages, bumper boats, go-carts, bike path and roller blading, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and other summer activities are all nearby.

Linens, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, rolling cooler, fire pit, corn hole toss are just some of the many amenities that make this your luxury vacation home.

This was the PERFECT location for my husband's 50th birthday with 5 couples. The house had rooms for all of us and it's clean and beautiful. The ocean view from almost every window is spectacular. It was the perfect location to enjoy the beach, watch surfers, go to Ocean Mist and Boone Street and hang out in Newport at night. I highly recommend and Im very picky!

Great family house

The house is spacious with a great view! Rooms a clean and neighborhood is quiet. After having previously stayed closer to Narragansett beach, I can honestly say, this location is better! Less crowded, and I prefer the beaches around (unless you lie big waves). Roger wheeler beach is perfect for kids!

Beautiful house.

The views are amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could want. The beach accessories were perfect. I wish the beach in front of the house was more accessible. The boulders make it impossible, but Scarborough was clean and easy to get to. We rented E-bikes and took them to the beach.

Amazing Graduation Weekend

The house was well stocked, comfortable and superbly located for a getaway with friends or family. We spent time in Newport, Mystic, and Providence and were able to relax and cook at home afterwards with great company. The porches are and views are beautiful. We'll definitely return!

Beautiful property and even better views!

The house was ideal for our family holiday weekend away. Plenty of space for the adults and kids and all of the amenities you could ask for. The house was clean an well kept. The views of the ocean and the Pt. Judith Lighthouse was amazing., and you can't beat waking up to the sound of the ocean. Communication with the property manager was excellent and all of the needed information was provided though email and printed copy at the house.

This house was perfect for our celebration with friends!

The views are incredible! We celebrated with our life-long friends, two 60th, one 59th birthday at this fabulous house. The layout is a little choppy but it actually worked well for us. The kitchen on floor 1, living room up on 2 and bedrooms on 3 levels gave everyone privacy and the card games later in the night could move around depending on who was trying to sleep. We walked to the lighthouse and did beachwalks at Roger Wheeler, Scarborough and Narragansett beaches. We used the fire pit one evening... nice to hang out and listen to the waves but the pit isn't properly ventilated and we had trouble keeping it going. We had a catered dinner by West Bay Gourmet, cake by Sweet Althea so we could spend as much time at the house. We'd recommend both! The house was nice and clean and well stocked with basics and Gregg replied quickly to all communications.

This property had amazing views from almost everywhere. It had everything you needed (kitchen,beach
). Gregg responds immediately and takes care of anything you need. The 5th bedroom is very small and a few rooms could use closets but overall this is a great house In a great location with stunning views!!

Everything was wonderful!!! Greg, my contact person was great and very helpful. Only suggestion was new larger clothes washer and dryer. The existing small dryer one did not work well. I would love to rent again.

Rhode Island House

The home is lovely and the view from the upstairs deck and bedrooms is spectacular. The sound the ocean surrounds you! Location is amazing and able to walk to beach and restaurants. Great house to spend time with family and friends. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!
