Loved this condo. Nice views and easy walk to capital grounds for a festival . A bit of a longer walk to main tourist area but still very doable .Third story condo was quiet and helped us get our steps in.

We had a great stay at this property. Walking distance to broadway and printers alley if you choose to, otherwise a cheap Uber. The pool was perfect to have in the mornings to start the day. Everything in the listing is accurate, very clean.

We loved our stay & would definitely stay here again! The balcony overlooking the river was fantastic! We loved watching the boats and the wild life! Everything we wanted to see and do was within minutes of our location & when we needed to go pick up our son & daughter-in-law from the airport it was only a 15 minute drive to the airport!

Cute and comfortable property! Check in instructions were delayed but the host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. King sized bed was very comfortable and quiet. Loved watching the groundhogs from the balcony! Beautiful view of the river from the large window in the living room. Abundant and easy parking. Well maintained, great decor/taste, smooth rental process, great property and LOVE the peaceful balcony... so appreciated our coffee in the AM... WONDERFUL beds... even the couch pullout! trees in the back well maintained (and other areas), but maintenance staff needs to work to clean the concrete areas... took away from all the beauty this location has to offer! Overall, we were VERY happy and enjoyed our stay.
