Welcome to our 4 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE condo that sleeps 12 & is directly on Nashville's Famous MUSIC ROW! This historic condo complex is located in the heart of Midtown & has the one & only iconic guitar-shaped pool! You're walking distance to Nashville’s hottest bars with live music, amazing restaurants, cute coffee shops & only a short Uber to Broadway.

This is our 4 BEDROOM / 2 BA PENTHOUSE SUITE! Sleeps 12 comfortably, has 3 showers & overlooks the guitar shaped POOL & downtown views! It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MODERN & EDGY VIBE! Two of the bedrooms have an open design to allow for more natural light in the condo, yet private as well. The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is the only Penthouse in the building!

MAIN:
Walk in the front door to the open style kitchen & living room. The living room & bedrooms overlook the guitar shaped pool & have city views! The kitchen has all NEW slate gray stainless appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy.

BATHROOM 1:
White floating double sink vanity & DOUBLE standing glass SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. The toilet & showers all have their own doors to help with privacy in both bathrooms.

BATHROOM 2:
White floating double sink vanity & standing glass shower.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3-4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Very disappointed to receive email from Host saying there is a glitch in VRBO system and cleaning fee was not included in price provided. Every time you access the VRBO site a message appears saying the price you see includes everything. But yet it didn’t. Very misleading. Overall stay was good, location was good. Parking is tight for larger vehicles.

The owners couldn't be nicer and responsive. The unit is nice, clean, updated and has everything needed. The location is ideal. My only complaint is that the building itself is old and could use a power wash and paint. The pool area is very dated, chairs need to be replaced and work done on the pool. The pics are much nicer than it actually is. With that said, it was great value, location is great and the condo is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Great for a Girls Trip!

There were so many things i liked about our recent stay. Lots of them little things, but put together they make a big impression.There is no "master suite", just lots of rooms/sleeping spaces. This is great for girls trips.LOTS of mirrors (full length and counter), counters and "get ready" spaces. Double sinks in both bathrooms with space for all our stuff.Convenient Outlets/charging blocks next to each bed.Towels were darker gray! And nice!Beds were comfortable and decent sizes. No twins or fulls. Kitchen and other decor was nice, conformable for hanging out. Nice toilet paper - you know this matters!Stocked with basics.Locstion was great. Quiet street, close to places we could walk to. We walked to Broadway, but it was a short uber ride too. We did both.Parking for 2 cars. Ours were small cars, its tight for bigger cars, but we parked them and left them there all weekend.Hosts were awesome. Very kind, helpful and responsive if we had questions. We had 8 in our group. My parents (70s), my husband I (50s) and 4 college kids. Everyone was happy in this condo!

Everything about this condo was perfect.The location was great in Music Row area. On site parking was a huge bonus.The quality and cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent. Communication from the owners was great, check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Penthouse

The key code sent to us via email for entrance to the condo did not work upon arrival and we had to notify host to be able to get access. The building itself doesn’t look the most appealing but the condo itself was beautiful and clean. One of the “bedrooms” just has 2 curtains for doors, it would be nice if there would have been pocket doors for that room to have a little more privacy. The property was great location to music row and one mile walk to downtown. Overall, great place to stay for the weekend!

Excellent place for our crew of 11. Very spacious and clean. Stocked with towels and kitchen necessities. Only negative is parking is first come, first serve and with bigger vehicles it’s a TIGHT squeeze. Had some problems with others parking. Owners are very kind people and responsive to questions. Would definitely go again!

Great location!!

The property is in a great location and rich in history! Updated and clean with some restaurants, bars and coffee shops near. We took Lyft to get to Broadway but you could certainly walk as well. It was just a few minutes to ride. I think our only complaint was the pillows and with they had Kleenex available, very minor overall. We enjoyed the pool one day and walking through the neighborhood to take in all the sights and recording studios. Live Oak and Tailgaters were great bars just up the street!

We chose this place because of the space for our group of 12. It was a great place to stay. Very clean, beds were very comfortable, and it was very easy to communicate with the owners. It is a bit of a hike to Broadway but there are some really great places to eat and drink near by. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone!

Honky Tonk Visit

Don't let the outside appearance of the property deter you. Unit is really clean and well kept. Short drive to Music Row. Found a fun bar (Live Oak) in walking distance to our unit with some of the best music we heard in Nashville.

The PERFECT spot

Great location
 Just a short walk to Broadway
 and the gulch. Lots to see on your walk or a $12 Uber ride to Broadway. The condo was perfect for our short stay but would definitely accommodate a longer visit. The beds were extremely comfortable and cute decor, perfect for a group of friends or family. We will definitely be back. The owners were extremely easy to work with and very accommodating.😊
