The staff was very friendly. There was a hole in my wall near the sprinkler system valve. The walls were dirty in the bathroom and living area. It has been awhile since they were cleaned. The hallways had dehumidifiers running but the room and halls smelled very musty.

The room was clean and comfortable. DirectTv in the rooms froze a lot at first, but got better in the night. I did not have breakfast because the room was very full at 8:30. It is next to Bob Evans restaurant, which had a nice breakfast.

Customer Service is 10 X above 5 stars. The front desk service went above and beyond the call of duty. Ms. Brenda and Gerilyn are amazing employees. Every Country Inn & Suites would be fortunate to have these 2 on staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. We have spent the next 3 nights of our trip at CI&S because of the wonderful service we received in Nashville.

My daughter and I stayed one night and we will never go back. I knew as soon as we walked in the room and i saw the dehumidifier on the desk, it wasnt going to be good. The overwhelming smell of mildew was TERRIBLE. While checking the beds the one closest to the window had what appeared to be mold on the bed protector. We didnt even use that bed, we shared the other bed. This was one of the worst hotels we've stayed in and that says a lot because we travel often. I told the front desk clerk at checkout anf she just said, "oh, sorry." She also said the dehumidifiers were normally in the hallway but tgerr were none seen in the hallway and i described it to her (small, white & black and it changed colors througout the night)

It was a comfortable stay. Friendly check in staff. One of remotes was broken & no replacement available. Need to clean inside elevator roof which had black stains. Free breakfast was adequate.

One night stay

This is our second time staying here. The first was many years ago. They have renovated and updated things since we were last here. (At least I think so -- or my memory isn't great about what it looked like. Lol) We enjoyed the hot breakfast. They had sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, a variety of cereals & oatmeal, bread, bagels, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee, etc. The beds were comfy, a/c worked great, bathroom was a good size. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
