Nashville Riverfront Condo

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway or to Germantown. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice balcony to have coffee in the morning. Harry was responsive to any questions we had and instructions were extremely clear.I would definitely stay again.

Great location!

The suite more than met our needs. The view from our balcony was great; we loved the 20-minute walk to Broadway, and the bed was large and very comfortable. Some amenities were not provided- extra dish towels and sheets, and sugar for the coffee that was provided. There did not appear to be air conditioning, so we wouldn’t choose this suite during summer. Overall, our experience was very positive, and much better than staying in a hotel with sealed windows and no outdoor space.

Close to Broadway

An older condo with a view of the Cumberland River. It was an easy walk to Germantown or to Broadway. We were somewhat uncomfortable walking beside the River as it was not well lit at night. Harry was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was very nice. Location was perfect. Loved the covered parking. Was able to walk to pretty much everything. Loved being able to go back to the condo and relax while watching the boats go bye on the river. Such a special place. I do recommend Lala Land Coffee. It’s a short 12 minute drive away. This condo was in the perfect location. The view from the balcony is so peaceful and a welcome respite at the end of a fun day. It is close to all the action ( within walking distance to great restaraunts) . The condo is well equipped and the bed is so comfortable! We will stay again if ever going to Nashville!

This condo is within walking distance to downtown Nashville. We found Ole Red restaurant and it had an excellent band and the food was great. So much to do and see and you would be staying so close by. Communication with the owner was excellent and he response back very quickly. His place is very clean and very comfortable. We felt like we had a second home there in Nashville and we will definitely be staying there whenever we come back for a visit!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Nashville, enhanced by this scenic River View condo with a balcony providing serenity after our busy days nearby in town (filled with music and noise and bright lights - we liked this peaceful setting. The location and parking were great for us, close to attractions and music, but quiet at night. The place was well-equipped with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and fluffy towels. We would recommend this place to our friends coming to Nashville!
