Great host with great communication. Very well stocked for our 4 day trip. Location was convenient to Broadway and restaurants and the free parking right outside the unit was great. Unit is on the second floor with a great little balcony with lovely views of the river. We really enjoyed relaxing out there. Pictures are accurate and the unit is comfy and cute. The bathroom is small - fine for my husband and I - but I wouldn’t have wanted to share it with anyone else. A great experience with hosts that seemed to genuinely care about our experience.

This place is absolutely amazing. It was so clean and one of the most comfortable VRBOs we have stayed at! It’s about a 20 min walk to Broadway which wasnt a big deal to us especially after eating bar food and having drinks. We did have a car but mostly walked everywhere. The decor is so cute and had made this unit really stand out. Thank you very much! Oh and the communication was so easy with someone always available:)

This was a lovely location, walking distance to downtown. Beautiful river views! Had everything we needed. Only suggestion I would have is to have regular size hangers to hang clothes.

Condo was in good condition. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Surrounding areas were under construction which made trips a little bumpy. Walking to downtown was good but had to walk past homeless people who didn't bother you but msde us a little uneasy. After sunset we Ubered as was recommended by our host.Condo was clean but needs to be updated. There were a couple itemsneeding repair which i conveyed to our host. We will guve it a 4 star rating due to the aboveisted reasons.

Overall, we were happy we booked. The unit shows its age a bit, but not in a way that gets in the way of your stay. The units are a bit tucked away...in a somewhat industrial part of Nashville. That said, we were able to walk to lots of places (these walks were 10-30 minutes one way). At the time we stayed, there was lots of construction going on nearby (roadwork, buildings being renovated, etc.). So, soon the area should have quite a "new" feel to it. Noise wise, you can hear the tenants above and to either side. But, everyone was respectful and seemed to keep to the "quiet hours."The owner is quite friendly and responds quickly.

Great stay

It was an amazing place. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only problem we encountered was the homeless population living between the house and Downtown Nashville. However the neighborhood was very walkable to downtown Nashville and the apartment complex was very nice.

Perfect size for my husband and I, our 12 year old daughter and 10lb dachshund. A short walk to downtown Nashville and close to some restaurants and a brewery. Rebecca was very prompt in her communication. Would recommend!

first timers to nashville

the place was very clean and perfect size for small family. We did not realize it was near train tracks however it did not bother us. it is a close drive to broadway. the only thing i hated about the trip which has nothing to do with this lovely have was that you had to pay for parking everywhere you go even if to walgreens! but over all we enjoyed our stay
