Excellent communication was provided by the host. We had a few requests prior to arrival and she made sure to provide what we asked about. The home is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need, and it looks just like it is shown in the pictures. We had a fantastic time during our stay!

Location is great and mostly quiet. As a former Nashville resident, I know it to be a safe and central location, but as always, be vigilant for petty thieves and keep car doors locked and the garage shut as this block obviously has rental houses on it/we are an easy target. Quick Uber to 12S, The Gulch, Germantown, and you could walk to Broadway if you were motivated. Host was super communicative, generous, and helpful at each step of the way and solved some minor hiccups that we experienced. I really appreciated that we had to do 0 clean up (bachelorette decorations, included!) prior to leaving. Made the whole weekend stress-free. The free night deal is great and we did take advantage so we had the entire day available to us upon check in. House is as described, pretty clean but with wall scuffs etc. from normal wear and tear, and the beds were comfortable! We had 11 girls and felt like we had enough space. The master is especially large! We also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop patio.I think this place would be family friendly as well as there are 4 separate bedrooms, and a large garage that could probably fit 2 cars. Would have to be careful with all the stairs for little ones, though. Overall, we enjoyed this house/location and would recommend to others/look into renting from these hosts again. We had a wonderful stay at this townhome. Lauren was prompt and communicated quickly to answer all of our questions and work with us during the booking process. The townhome itself is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a group. Impeccably clean, with comfortable amenities. It was nice to have the rental home stocked with basics so that we didn't have to run right to the grocery store. Turn key check out was a major plus in picking this rental, and I can't recommend that experience enough. This location was perfect for getting to and from Broadway, and other neighborhoods like 12 South and the Gulch. We would stay here again.

PERFECT NASHVILLE ACCOMIDATIONS!!!! Best we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend this townhome!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay for our Nashville trip. From the start we knew this would be an epic experience.!The host was so responsive to our rather ignorant questions! Upon arrival we were met by the host who asked if there was anything we needed or questions we might have. She was available the whole time we stayed. The townhomes are near new, well equipped, spotless with amazingly comfortable beds. Location is ideal for Nashville visits - close to Honkey Tonks, Museums, Restaurants and Music venues. Our group all agreed this is the perfect place to stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Great place - tons of space

This was a great property for us. Plenty of space and bedrooms; full kitchen. Space for 2 cars in the garage was a huge plus. The only slight issue we had (and which is about to resolve itself) was access to the garage through the alley was blocked several times by the nearby hotel construction (which is almost complete) or trucks at the other end by the restaurant. It was not a big issue, just inconvenient once or twice. We would definitely stay here again. The communication with the property manager was super easy and informative every time. The property is managed very professionally, which makes such a huge difference!Overall, a great stay!.

Best Family Celebration

We stayed at this property from April 10-14th 2025 to celebrate my niece’s 21st and my sister‘s 50th birthday. The house was enormous with plenty of room for everyone! The house was filled with everything from all your bathroom needs to all your kitchen items. I can’t say enough about how easy the owners are to work with and how much they make you feel like you are at home. They even provide snacks upon arrival in the kitchen and up on the 3rd floor! There were extra linens, blow up beds & fans which are all nice touches! If I could, I would give it a 10 star rating and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Nashville area. Short uber ride to Broadway.

Amazing Property!

We went to Nashville with three other couples and enjoyed our stay immensely! Jenn and Lauren are incredible hosts, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Sadly, it rained all three days we were there, but Jenn and Lauren took care of us overnight, delivering umbrellas for everyone at our party. Communication was great as well. The location was convenient to Broadway, the Gulch, the airport, and many other places. The house was clean and provided so much space for our eight adults. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for. The couch was comfy. We would surely stay here again for our next trip! THANK YOU!

Girls weekend perfection

We had the VERY best time staying at this property! Everything was perfect for 9 of us! It is located in the west end of Nashville and only a 7 minute ride to downtown, 12 south or the gulch and about 15 minutes from the airport! The house is well appointed and we loved all the room we had to lounge and hang out in the evenings! One of the best!

We were in Nashville with a large family group for a college graduation. We needed space for many to sleep and to entertain. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a better-appointed place. Lots of thoughtful details (snacks, drinks, full-sized toiletries) plus friendly and responsive hosts. I’ve stayed in VRBO properties all over the world, and this is one of the best!

Great space for friends' reunion

This multi-level condo worked well for our group of four couples for four nights. It was very clean and comfortable. We each had a bedroom and bathroom, there was a nice kitchen and living room, and the rooftop deck (accessed from one of the bedrooms) was a great space to chill before dinner each night. There was private parking for our three vehicles, two of which fit inside the private garage. The property manager was amazing to deal with - very responsive and provided great communication about the property and things to do in Nashville. She even had Target deliver us a couple of things! The one disappointment with the condo is completely out of the property manager's control: there is a building being built right next door. The construction noise isn't bad, but they do start early. The property manager provided sound machines, which we thought was really considerate. As I said, she was great to work with. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this property.

Another amazing time in Nashville!

I rented 3 units from Lauren for my husband's 60th birthday celebration and it was amazing! The units are clean, decorated so pretty, well equipped and just so comfortable - the beds are amazing! All my guests were in awe of the accommodations! Lauren is so responsive to any needs and just wonderful to work with! I highly recommend!
