Airport shuttle drivers were very nice and prompt. sadly disappointed I left my prescription sunglasses sitting on the micro-wave. when I called that same day, maids "claimed" they didn't find them.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad but we woke up to our truck window busted out as well about 10 other cars in the parking lot. I definitely do not recommend staying in this area

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Always nice, I love the rooms. The staff is great and the complimentary water is a lovely touch. Its basically my choice hotel when flying out of Nashville.

Room had a very strong, bad smell , also found out the DAY OF my stay that they had 10 reported car break ins the SAME DAY. Location is convenient and near a lot of things just couldn’t get passed the smell nor the reported car break ins
