Extremely expensive. Half of the restaurant and bars were closed. Water park was closed. Really cold, need a sweatshirt at all time. However it was for sure beautiful. Our wifi didn’t work most of our stay. Even though we called to get it fix. Really friendly staffs.

Just visit, don't book a room

The resort is beautiful with a lot of amenities. However, the cleanliness of the room and areas leading to the actual hotel were unclean and in need of up keep. Some of the cleanliness issues include, a complimentary water bottle in our room that was already opened and drank out of, a residue ring on the bedside table that seemed like lubricant, and a dark brown stain on the door that seemed like bodily fluid or blood. These were all present immediately upon checking in the room. Save your money and just visit the resort and walk around the atriums, shops, or restaurants and stay at a cleaner hotel for a better price.

When you are paying top dollar for a hotel like this one the first thing one would expect is hot water. Also, parking was $37 per day and there was no access to water park without an additional fee. There was more than enough parking at the facility and no reason to charge beyond a pure money grab. The main covered walkway from the parking lot to the hotel was "smoking alley" and was our first "howdy" to the facility. It was an unusual place to allow smoking at the facility, was not a pleasant first impression, and it was an area we had to navigate every time we came and went from the facility. The hotel food venues were average but very expensive with long waits and the taste didn't justify the price.So we ended up going off site which defeats the purpose of staying in an all exclusive. A simple t-shirt in one gift shop was $40 (comfort colors). If we would to do this over we would stay someplace else and just visit Gaylord for the day including the water park since it was fee based and you didn't need to be a guest to use.We were doubled charged for one night and we had to spend time and effort getting this corrected which was annoying. The staff was kind, helpful, and pleasant.
